We both got sick from khao soi soup. Service at pool non existing. Had to walk into the restaurant to order more drinks and then again to pay. Roomservice in evening didnt answer phone 20min before closing. Called front office to help in this situation, they said sorry cant help you. Like, didnt even bother to hesitatw. Breakfast buffet later in the morning luke warm food. Not sure what is happening F&B wise on management level. From 02.30 till 04.30 had loud french people talking on the balcony keeping us awake. No faith in front office to help, so didnt bother then and accepted a bad night sleep. Shower options worked poorly. Hygiene was ok, but nosquitos plenty. Garden surrounding hotel was beautifull. Wont be enough to stay again. Neither will i go to Centara again. Spend 20 euro more and stay at any marriott. Dissapointed.

This resort is in the heat of Chang Mi town center. A very quiet relaxing hotel that was opened up by the royal princess. This mini resort is really a good place to escape from everyday life. We stayed in one of the suites, very spacious, very clean, had lovely aromas, a super big spa bath, and an overall elegant look to it. A great outside space overlooking the property, and a nice bed lounger too. The housekeeping team really knows what they're doing and is very polite. All staff at the resort are very pleasant. The pool area for this resort is great, very clean, and has good features. A good place to cool down after day drips in the heat. Breakfast is located over the road at their off-site restaurant. Breakfast is very simple, and offers you different national types of dishes. Really good. The seating area looks over the river which is great to see while having breakfast. This resort pretty much leaves you to it, to enjoy your time. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here if you are looking to escape.

I absolutely loved my stay here and the check out gift was a great idea 😊 They seem to understand that every trip is special and it is hard to book a trip within our busy lives. They made the stay so comfortable and special - i feel very grateful to have found this gem. Massive thank you to all the staff - at the front desk, and at the restaurant every breakfast, with special shout to Moth. They were so accommodating, service was prompt and efficient - 6 stars ⭐️ Its a beautiful hotel/hotel grounds, spacious, quiet, nice but not pretentious. Breakfast was delicious, great pastries, can choose any a la carte. I have been in Thailand for 2 weeks on this trip, having stayed in 3 other hotels which were mediocre - I am happy I ended with this one. I will definitely be back!

We spent a few days in August in this hotel and the truth is that it was excellent value for money. The friendly and decisive staff. Location in the square of Chiang Mai, totally central. On the other hand, the room was cozy, and the pool, although logical because we are in Thailand in the north, there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was clean and the same as the room, cozy and clean. I learned from the front desk staff that this hotel has only been open for a few years (unfortunately, it has encountered a special period of three years and is still persisting silently). It is said that before 2019, there will be a large number of Chinese tourists staying for a long time, so the service signs in the hotel lobby, rooms, restaurants, etc. are specially equipped with Chinese and English prompts. Many tourists choose this place. I guess besides the important factor of being very quiet at night, the traffic here is very convenient, and it is very convenient to come from the super highway; I tried to walk from the hotel to the Central Festival, which is about 1.2 kilometers, that is, It only takes ten minutes; it is about 1 kilometer from the hotel to Chiang Mai Railway Station and only a few hundred meters to Chiang Mai Long-distance Bus Station. Stayed at the hotel 8th to 19thSept. both cottage & hotel. The whole hotel had a look of lost interest & tiredness, example the restaurant advertised promotion was a cheeseburger. boring menu, no speciality of the day, hence I saw few people using the restaurant. breakfast had been O.K if included in package, pricey if not. It was as if interest and present-day needs had been left behind. There were no shops in walking distance, fine not the hotels' fault, but instead of a small shop facility around the reception, as enough space, A small cabinet, with a few crisps and not much else. the whole place could have done with a lick of paint. Plus, the pool arrear lack of facilities to sun bath, (four wooden sunbeds in the shade no cushions on.) Positive aspect, rooms in hotel very pleasant roomy & including a comfortable bed, cleaned every day. The chalets could be fab but need some tender loving care and cut back all the shrubbery it is taking over the place. On the whole good value for money, maybe these are the reasons stated why it is, but it could be brilliant with thought and imagination, someone needs to get hold of it & give it a good shaking.

A 20 minutes Grab ride from old city. Conveniently located near the bus terminal that connects Chiang Mai to Bangkok, if you have an early bus, or arrive late. The place is OK, clean enough. All in all I would recommend, but just as a practical location near the bus terminal.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Decent choice for comfortable stay. Clean and inviting place. Staffs are friendly, helpful and courteous. No food provided.. Used the laundry service, it's decent, you've got to go to the reception to pick up the clothes. There is a laundromat, 7/11, amazon coffee, bakery, and Thai/ Japanese restaurant nearby - about 5 mins walk. Wasn't aware that the slippers were reused by guests, so I threw it away after I killed a bug, and had to pay 200 baht for that during check-out. Had a few swims even though the waters were freezing during December. I loved the stay, was serene and restful.

I booked this place after checking out the review and was skeptical since it is cheap and near the bus station, but decided to try it anyway. Surprisingly the hotel looks modern, carpark space at the back is big, right across a temple which is not too noisy, yet by the road side near the bus station (50 meters away) So it will be great for people who come to Chiang Mai by long distance bus. Safe and secure, nice room with big LED TV, big room and comfy bed. Tips : Ask for a quiet room and you will get one facing the back, even more quiet than usual. They have buffet breakfast too.
