Lets try something new, so we booked this hotel.
The arrival experience is good. The breakfast experience is good. We had breakfast by the river, nice weather and good quality of breakfast served. The staffs are well- trained and fluent in English.
Our room is spacious but the interior design is too complicated, the lighting switch not in good location
Everything about this hotel is good except their bed. THIER BED QUALITY IS LOW, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO HAVE UN-INTERUPT SLEEP.

When you come here, you can feel that Chiang Mai is a really warm place. First, you can communicate smoothly through Line. You can also make reservations for any place you want. Second, breakfast in the morning really makes me feel good. The food is clean and very delicious. Third, the swimming pool is well maintained. The water quality is good and the space to rest is also good. The area is near a river, so it's good except for the humidity. Don’t worry, we will provide a dehumidifier if you request it. This is a place I want to come again next time.

Service was excellent. Having breakfast with the river view was amazing as well, even though there were only limited choices for the breakfast buffer, every dishes we order tasted amazing especially the waffles.

A superb hotel for couples in chiang mai. It was located on the riverside, so its view is perfect. Room is super spacious and tidy. Staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel restaurant is one of the best in chiang mai. There is nothing to complain about.
The only cons is that it is a bit distant from the old city. But you can call bolt easily in chiang mai so it is not a problem.

The hotel is outside the ancient city, but it only takes ten minutes to get anywhere by taxi, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is very good. When checking in, they provide cold drinks and ice cream, as well as customized welcome chocolates. There are also many snacks in the room every day. The breakfast is very rich, with buffet and order. I tried almost everything during my two-day stay. It was very delicious. This is the most comfortable hotel in this trip to Thailand, very suitable for resting.
The hotel slippers are really comfortable to wear.
