Very Good

I personally enjoyed my time at this hotel. It looked a bit old, but overall it was quite nice. I booked jacuzzi suite, stay in room 609. No complains really. Love how the room is super big, the jacuzzi in the room is super relaxing(fits like 4 ppl!!) and the bed is really huge. I think it’d be perfect for the family also.

The manager was kind and upgraded our room right from check-in. Loved the room in general, but certain things were in slightly disrepair. Things such as the shower head being badly clogged and the spa itself, which was the main feature not having enough hot water to fully fill, or a heater to finish the job. Temperature was okay, but not hot. Lack of heater makes the pumps blow cold air into the tub. I would suggest to staff to take extra care in thorough cleaning, mainly of the tub itself. Everything else was quite nice.

The room is large and full of Thai flavor. The management and service staff are very kind and the service attitude is also very good. The location is good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the ancient city. It is leisurely and comfortable along the way. There are many authentic shops and Internet celebrity check-in spots nearby. There are also 7-11 and Lotus Supermarket. Chiang Mai is very leisurely and the hotels here are also small and exquisite, which is very good.

Booking on Ctrip is so confusing. The pictures of this hotel are very different from the actual ones. The pictures are very beautiful, but the actual rooms are very old and the lights are very dim. We have a 3-year-old child in our family, and as soon as we entered the hotel, the child did not dare to stay. We looked at it At first glance, we were not satisfied, and the platform told us that the booked room was non-refundable, and there was no way that children could not stay there. We had no choice but to leave with two big boxes. It was really bad for our senses when we just got off the plane and arrived at the hotel. I will never book a hotel room on Ctrip again. I wonder if Ctrip will block my comments. Such an obvious money grab will make my trip unpleasant.

Unfortunately there was a lot not to like Overall darkness and uncleanliness. Seemed like the dust had been there for decades. Fridge didn’t work well Aircon didn’t work well due to the open gaps above the doors Bathroom dirty. Beautiful size spa but it was not clean to use. Whole place needs a deep clean and some maintenance to the gaps to ensure the aircon works properly. We only stayed the 1night of our 4 night booking due to being unable to breathe great and tasting dust all night.

10/5 - Bee ( the receptionist ) is the kindest women ever! She is extremely friendly and warm and made our whole experience the best place in Asia. Regards to the hotel, after Bee allowed us to move room as we wanted to be higher up ( as we just wanted a better view ) is incredible, the room is homely and the hot tub is amazing. Thank you Bee !

Room is spacious. Quite old but the jacuzzi still can work. Breakfast is disappointing. Nice and quiet environment. Service is ok. Don’t mind coming back again. Near to city area. Take taxi to city area is about 10 mins. Toiletries provided.

Very friendly staff. Just a somewhat outdated hotel. It wasn't quite what we expected. However, the staff did their very best to make us happy. If you expect a little luxury, you may be disappointed...

- Pigeons in the room - totally dirty elevator - totally dirty pool - rooms in a desolate condition - wall and ceiling panels and wooden shelves broken. There were pigeons' nests behind it - the washbasin was broken and dirty - the internet was too slow to stream. - Doors to the “balcony” can be opened, but not closed - No restaurant - Breakfast only toast, butter, jam & eggs - Photos on the website are fake - The house is between 30 and 50 years old and nothing has been renovated . - The house has 4 stars and the prices are correspondingly high. How it can get 4 stars in this condition is inexplicable. - The prices are exorbitant for what is on offer. We paid in advance for 1 week and wanted to check out immediately after arrival. We paid 27,000 baht and would have agreed to a refund of 20,000 baht. But we were denied that.
