We had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li for one night, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. It’s centrally located, just a 10-minute walk from both IFS Mall and Xinnamen Bus Station. The staff was welcoming and even upgraded our room. They kindly allowed us a late check-out for free, despite normally charging for it. We also got cute panda headbands as a gift!
There’s a convenience store right next to the hotel, and a shop selling fresh fruit nearby. It’s easy to catch a Didi, and the hotel offers luggage storage and ironing facilities. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and thoughtful touches.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the IFS and Taikoo Li check-in places. The staff's attitude and service are very good. They are very enthusiastic. When checking in, the front desk will pour a cup of rose tea, which is freshly brewed. It is very good. The breakfast hours are also very nice, from 7:00 to 10:00. When we went downstairs to have breakfast at 10:00, it was still open, and we could still eat. This is still good. The breakfast is buffet-style, with both Chinese and Western food. The variety looks good, and the taste is also good. The room is clean, and the bathroom with the shower is dry and wet separated. Overall, it is worth recommending.

Excellent service, excellent and clean room. Very spacious. Excellent location, just 5min to chunxi road. I was considering another hotel but decided on Atour. Really correct decision, excellent breakfast and affordable price. Hotel even provide free supper, simple but comfort food. Will definitely book again. This hotel is not in the center of Taikoo Li, but not far, still convenient by DD. It is by a river and we had a nice stroll while looking for our dinner place.
Our check-in was very pleasant, the receptionist is on 3rd floor, small but very nice and homey, we love it! We asked many questions about places to visit and to eat. The staff Xiao Liu was very helpful and pleasant, we added hotel's weixin for communication convenience.
We mistakenly booked a 2-bed room, and she helped us to easily change to a family room for 3 with no fuss. We are very happy with our room! Our room also comes with a complimentary snack basket, tea set, and foot bath bucket for a good night sleep. We very much recommend this hotel for travellers who like a more relaxed atmosphere.

Superb experience and great choice staying in the hotel. The room is amazing spacious with the price that I paid. Great location (walking distance to train station and attractions), generous breakfast, value for money, friendly and helpful housekeeper. Overall 4 stars hotel with 5 stars feel. Will choose the same hotel if I come Cheng Du again.

Check in was smooth & fast. But I believe they did not do a clear check/maintenance to the rooms.
Amenities in the rooms were half used or empty bottles. Aircon vent started dripping water within 6 hours of check in, in a particular room toilet only which is harder to spot due to the marble flooring. But maintenance team came up quite quickly to fix it.
Even tho the whole entire floor was ours but the service staffs just tapped their cards to enter when we were all inside which is a major lack in privacy. (Because only 1 room was able to hear the doorbell ring, the middle room which was quite far from both doors)

The location of the hotel is super good and convenient for me to go my favourite places that I want especially it is just located at Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chuxi Road subway station is also just less than 5 mins walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and the cleanliness of the room has met my acceptable level👍. I also like the complimentary supper provided by the hotel to the guests as their porridge is really super nice!👍I will definitely stay this hotel again during my next visit to Chengdu🐼🐼!

My requirements for living are a bit high, and finally I decided this ☺️ after two hours of brushing the homestay.
✨ [First glance into the room] I thought it would be a cheat, but I didn’t expect it to shine. The room is sweet and creamy, a little light European feeling, full of design, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a city view, the view is very light, you can soak in the bathtub while watching the scenery
🙋 [For the landlord, I want to say] The landlord’s service attitude is very good, there is a little episode in the middle, but the landlord also helped me solve it quickly
💡 [Small surprise for me by the homestay] The whole house is equipped with the whole house intelligence. You can control the electrical appliances in the whole room by shouting Xiao Ai. It can be said that it is really convenient and fast.
📍 [For the convenience of the surroundings, I want to say] The location of the room belongs to the city center. It takes only ten minutes to take a taxi to Taikoo Li or IFC. It is very convenient. There are many food snacks around. Several old-fashioned food are nearby.
🛏 [Housing facilities I must mention] The only fly in the ointment is that the toilet and shower in the room have no door. The open toilet is less privacy, so it is suitable for living alone or couples.

JJiu Ceng GaoGreat location, right beside Taikoo street, walkable to IFS mall and shopping district, about 7-10min walk from Chun Xi metro station (~21min away from Panda base station to take a 5min shuttle service to Panda base) and nearer to Dongmen bridge metro station. The apartment is very clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped with typical home amenities like microwave, stove, washing machines and even came with a projector with a huge screen. The host was super responsive at all hours, helpful and responsible, went the extra mile to help us with our requests and even decline monetary tips from us as we were very appreciative of all the help she have provided. The entire process from checking in to checking out was seamless and definitely worth paying every cent for it. Whatever the photos shown by the host is accurate to the actual home.

GGuest UserLocation is very good. Right on the building behind IFS. Many famous restaurants and shops right down the stairs and nearby. Room is very spacious and clean. Heater and ac worked fine. Housekeeper did very good job even providing detergent. Reception can’t speak English but ok to communicate using translator tool. I think the hotel is 24hr checkin/out. Didn’t have breakfast here so no comment on food.

Service: Very good, they will proactively ask for needs, like Xiao Wang and Shuangshuang~ The cleaning lady and security uncle are also very enthusiastic.
Facilities: The bathroom is quite interesting, with two doors, the bedroom and the foyer are connected, which is quite convenient. But there is no master control at the door, the living room and bedroom lights have to be turned on at the innermost part, there is no round makeup mirror in the bedroom, and the shower has a top spray. Pay attention to the steps on the porch and bathroom, and wear non-slip shoes on the bathroom floor.
Transportation: Very convenient, not like Chunxi Road where there is traffic jam or it is difficult to call a taxi, and some life needs can be met nearby. It only takes about ten yuan to take a taxi to the main attractions, and it is also convenient to go to the panda base and concerts, or walk to Chunxi Road, where there is a shuttle bus.
But I didn't give the panda gift bag when I brought the children, and I forgot to ask.

AAnonymous User訂的的是319的圓形浴缸那個房，衞生個人認為還可以，床頭有個窗户透氣，然後廁所一個窗，整體房間個人感覺十分悶，六七度的天氣房間裏悶熱，想開冷氣開不了，應該是中央控制的空調，衹能用吹風機涼快下，提過小建議，有浴缸的房間準備兩個地巾，浴室一個，浴缸一個，就不會踩的房間到處是水了，房間空氣不流通，睡醒了地板水才乾的，還有一個是投影，可能是我不會用，有點模糊，字幕看不清楚，靠聽聲音看，投影的聚焦也是歪的，能克服衹能是，本來想給差評的，都別互相難為了，老闆的問題也不是員工，有點年代的寫字樓大廈裏面的商住樓公寓翻新改的，應該是，酒店一般吧，圖片隨便放的，提示多50積分
