Louis hotel chengdu is definitely a recommended hotel with the way they treat their customers. We came to spend our anniversary in chengdu and the hotel did the whole room decor on request and also upgraded our room for the following days. Its in a good location and the in suite bathtubs are a lifesaver after a long day of exploring chengdu. We will definitely come again when we come back to chendu. The blackout curtains definitely give you the best sleep

Excellent location with warm and attentive service, making for a fantastic stay. The overall environment was very pleasing, and the comfortable bedding ensured a restful sleep. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and getting around was convenient. It was a very enjoyable stay; everything was easily accessible, and the breakfast was plentiful.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during our trip to Chengdu. We booked an executive suite with two large beds, which was very spacious for two adults and two children. Our room happened to be a corner unit, not facing the street, so it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was light and delicious, and both the kids and adults enjoyed it thoroughly. The location here is truly fantastic! It's within walking distance of Wenshu Monastery and Wenshu Fang, with plenty of great food, fun places, and restaurants nearby. You can really get a feel for local life here – it's a rare gem of a family hotel. You can even have food deliveries and daily necessities sent directly to your room by a robot. The laundry room and gym are both 24-hour self-service, which is incredibly convenient.

We stayed at the Hotel Dorsett, and overall it was a pretty positive experience, with a few small things to note. The best parts: The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is super large, with both a bathtub and a shower. The bed is comfortable – though a little firm, and you can feel movement when the other person moves. The curtains, lights, and USB chargers are a great, convenient touch. Breakfast is good, especially for Asian tastes – Western options are limited, but what they have is tasty. The location is fantastic: the metro is just 50 meters away, right at the doorstep. The area is nice and recommended. There was some construction nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. Could be improved: The only real negative point is the elevator – it takes quite a while. Bottom line: Highly recommended for the space, cleanliness, and location. If you don't mind waiting a bit for the elevator or a slightly firm bed, everything else more than makes up for it.

We really loved this hotel! Located in a beautiful pedestrian area with a temple with easy access to restaurants, shops and bars. Short walk to metro station so easy access to the restaurants of the city. Our deluxe room was beautiful with a separate lounge, bedroom and bathroom and even had 2 balconies although too cold to sit out while we were there. Breakfast was good and tasty and best of all, the staff were wonderful. My wife had a reaction to a bite and 2 staff members took us to hospital and stayed with to help with translation etc. they even called back to the hotel as we’d missed breakfast - way above and beyond what they needed to do!

Good location, clean room, clean sheets and towels, very comfortable pillows and bed. Very happy with non-smoking room. Rain shower is fantastic. Overall, excellent value in a good location.

When we entered we received a warm welcome. Although it says that they only speak Mandarin, they could speak basic English and used translating apps to communicate more detailed information. We got a free upgrade of our room because they thought the one we booked was too small for two people. We received clean towels and free water bottles everyday. The room was nice and had a great interface for regulating the AC and lights. The breakfast was really nice and, although it's a primarily set menu, it's so much food that you will be sure to have a good, healthy start to your day. The location is great; it's not in a super busy or touristy area, but on both corners of the street are stops for different metro's, so getting around the city becomes very easy. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall a great experience!! The decor is a minimalist, gentle modern style with soft, appealing color schemes. The headboard features layered wood paneling paired with ambient strip lighting. In the evening, turning off the main lights and leaving just this warm glow creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Lying quietly on the bed feels incredibly soothing. The bedding quality is truly impeccable; the pure white linens feel soft and skin-friendly, and the pillows are just the right firmness. My neck and waist felt perfectly comfortable after a long day of travel, allowing me to fall asleep instantly and get a beautiful night's rest. The room's natural lighting is also a huge plus. The window is fitted with thick blackout curtains. During the day, opening them lets in abundant light, and the outdoor view is expansive, showing street buildings. If you want to sleep in, drawing the curtains completely blocks out light, ensuring you won't be disturbed by the morning brightness. The wall-mounted air conditioning unit provides quick cooling and heating, with stable temperature control that avoids sudden temperature shifts. It operates with minimal noise at night, completely undisturbed. The pipework is also neatly arranged, avoiding any cluttered look. Next, I want to mention the thoughtful details. There are conveniently placed charging outlets beside the bed. When checking in, I could easily place my phone, power bank, and AC remote on the bed and plug in charging cables without searching for outlets. This is incredibly convenient for anyone traveling with a lot of electronic devices. The spatial layout is rational, with a spacious and uncrowded bed area, ample room for walking and luggage. The entire room was spotlessly clean; there were no stains or dust on the walls or cabinets. The hygiene standards are very high, clearly showing the cleaning staff's meticulous work. I'd also like to touch on the bathroom area (referring to the actual photos of the bathroom). The wet and dry separation design is very practical. The thermostatic dual-flow shower provides ample water, with both a rain shower and handheld modes, leaving you feeling completely refreshed after a shower. The waterproof wood-grain panels on the walls are clean and crisp, and the floor is equipped with a non-slip drainage grate, along with prominent 'wet floor' safety signs, demonstrating thorough consideration for safety. The toilet is clean and odor-free, and the vanity is fully stocked with refillable toiletry bottles, providing all necessary toiletries so you don't need to bring your own – a one-stop solution for all your washing needs. What impressed me most about this hotel is its attention to detail. From the lighting and soft furnishings to the comfort of the bedding, the charging outlets, safety warnings, and toiletries – every single aspect reflects the owner's thoughtfulness. The price is affordable and great value, making it perfectly suitable for both short business trips and tourist stays. It's quiet and not noisy, with excellent soundproofing, so you won't hear any hallway disturbances. When I travel to this area again, I will definitely prioritize rebooking this hotel. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers; you can book with confidence, as it will exceed your expectations and offer a far superior experience compared to other hotels in the same price range!

The service was top-notch, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the Mapo Tofu noodles. Every time we left or returned, the friendly staff at the front desk would offer us bottled water. When we brought back some fruit, they even washed it for us and lent us a fruit knife and utensils so we could cut it in the lounge area. On the day we checked out, they noticed we'd left behind an item of clothing, called me, and then helped arrange for it to be couriered to my home. This was my first stay at Atour, and I'll definitely choose Atour again in the future!

My stay at YAZHI Hotel in Chengdu truly exceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly spacious with amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows – the city nightscape was beautiful. Housekeeping was meticulous; every corner was spotless. The bed was just right, not too soft and not too firm, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in, and their attitude was gentle and patient, responding quickly to any requests. For breakfast, I enjoyed local specialties like Chaoshou and Dandan Noodles, and they even offered heartwarming late-night noodle snacks if you came back late, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel also has a gym and a self-service laundry room, making travel much more convenient. Overall, the hotel has a subtle yet high-quality feel, and the value for money is exceptional. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Chengdu, and I'll definitely choose it again next time. This is a genuinely honest review!
