Comfortable beds and pool was open (rare these days!) but staff need to pay closer attention to rooms and amenities - broken gym equipment, ripped towels, previous guests’ clothes overlooked and left in room, etc. Several different instances of negligence, which negatively impacted our stay.

This hotel was awful! My wife and I booked 2 rooms non smoking and they both reeked of smoke! The only thing the hotel did was give us some citrus spray! One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the parking and the free continental breakfast. We checked in and the young lady at the desk was very rude telling us they only offered coffee! The rooms were dirty, I found an old hot wing under the air conditioning! The door had no lock for the bathroom, the tub leaked water all over. The outdoor lounging area smelled like sewage. The parking area is small and difficult to park in! We paid almost $800 dollars for a three night stay at this dump! I strongly advise anyone to reconsider their options before choosing this rat trap! I would give it less than zero rating if possible!

We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.
