Hotels near Jeoryeong Coastal Walk, Busan

Reception staff were super kind and helpful. Was able to help us with weighing our bags and arranging taxis. Excellent room cleaning each day 👌 with complimentary bottled water. Solid wifi too and sound proofed well, didn’t hear anyone else the whole 5 days I stayed. Location wise, a bus stop is right outside and short walk to subway, making Gamcheon village, Jalgachi market, Busan tower, Nampo, all super accessible. Airport only 30 minutes away via taxi for around 20,000 won. Cafe and convenience store on the first floor and amazing bbq chicken and beer on 2nd. Also some good cafes and restaurants walking distance near by. Would I stay here again? Yes if wanting to stay in the area. If I want to focus on Haeundae more I would perhaps choose somewhere closer to there. I think for first time visit, you can go wrong!

The staff at the front desk weren’t particularly friendly, but they provided clear guidance and offered excellent advice to resolve our issue during check-in. Toilet and shower is 2 separate rooms which was good. Very spacious room- overall we had a pleasant stay. Location was conveniently around 5-8 mins distance from Busan station. convenience stores and mini mart nearby too.

First of all....it's not an ocean view, it's a construction site view.. I wanted to sleep quietly, but it starts ticking from 7 o'clock ㅠㅠ For 500,000 won per night.. I think the ocean view review is only valid for about a year ago, and right now the building is blocking it, so I can't see it, and when the building across the street is completed, I'll play omok with the person in front... You can't advertise like this.. You have to change all the photos I want to experience a new residence and have a good time There are good places to eat nearby and it's good to go near Haeundae.

I stayed one night and was utterly horrified to discover what appeared to be menstrual blood stains on the bedding. This is not just revolting—it’s an unforgivable breach of basic hygiene and cleanliness standards. I am shocked that a hotel would allow such a disgraceful oversight. No matter how decent the location or service, the presence of bloodstains is beyond inexcusable. I urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs, and I will never return. The bare minimum for any hotel is cleanliness, and they have failed spectacularly in that regard. This experience was nothing short of disgusting and left me deeply appalled. It is unacceptable and a clear sign of gross negligence.

The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. Location is okay if you’re looking to be right next to the beach, but Busan is quite spread out so you’re still a bit far from big attractions like Yonggeung Temple or Gamcheon Culture Village. HOWEVER, I would never stay here again simply because of the elevator. I think that there are too many people and too few elevators, so you have to wait easily 10 minutes to get anywhere. During checkout, you’d have to wait half an hour or even more. Everyone is frustrated and impatient, but the building is so tall that many guests can’t even consider climbing stairs to get to or from their rooms. Especially since many people visit Busan for only a few days, it actually really feels like you’re losing time simply waiting for an elevator. Surely this is a safety violation? I never thought I could care about an elevator so much, and I know it sounds silly and spoiled at first, but it really was a massive inconvenience and you could tell everyone was upset by it 😂

Overall experience are okay, one thing to mention, seaview room is totally a huge scam, you only got partial sea view. I had asked reception, he claimed that all their room are partial see view, but the hotel still selling sea view room at a higher price !! Besides, I requested to borrow an adaptor, its free but i had to travel to lobby to collect it, which i think it can be improved by sending over to room. ;)

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

I made a reservation for 9 people for a workshop and was surprised at how clean it was. It was much wider and better than the picture. I was able to rest comfortably for 2 days and 1 night thanks to the thorough care and consideration given to me so that I could get a good education. Book the next workshop in advance!!😄

Beautiful hotel by the sea with great view, make sure you book ocean view, since you come all the way here, not like me booked Mountain View, regretful. Pools were nice, there are two pools one for family & one for adults. Great restaurants in walking distance, a walk by the shore was nice too. Staffs were okay friendly but you could tell this hotel does not expect to cater many foreigners…

조식.석식. 포함으로 묵고 왔습니다. 장점. 바다뷰 이쁜건물외관(이번에 금상탔다함 ♡) 친절한 프론트데스크 단점. 1.룸 크기가 많이 작음.(사진과는 차이가.. 어디든 그렇지만) 2.자쿠지 청결도가 아쉬움 (주변에 청소건도 보이지않고 외부에 노출되어있어 탕을 한번 씻고 들어가려는데 방법이없음) 3.블라인드는 전동으로 설치했으면 더 좋았을것임.한두개도 아니고 4~5개를 수동으로 쓰는건 별로였음. 4.어메니티 수준이 낮음 (칫솔.치약.바디 등 이건 싸구려 모텔수준의..) 5.샤워기불량. 수전흔들림등 작은것들 에서 부족함이 보임. (예를들면 아로마오일 놓는곳 캔들이 불량이라 사용불가 라든지, 하이볼재료중 레몬에 곰팡이가 있딘던지 등) 6.석식 1부에 음식은 모두 훌륭했으나 나오는 순서가 틀렸음 텐푸라는 1부 마지막에 별도로 나오던지 해야할텐데 순서대로 음식을 먹으면 이미 튀김은 식어버림. 결국 식어서 남기고옴. 2부 스테이크, 환기문제를 해결해야할듯. 모든 객실 고객이 비슷한 시간대에 동시에 고기를 구우니 연기가... 그리고 1부,2부 라고 직원이 안내해주시니 다들 3부는 뭐냐고 물음. 저또한 그랬음. 용어의 변경이 필요할거같음. 7.가운사이즈.. M이랑 L사이즈 밖에없음. XL도 필요하고, XXL도 필요함. 고객의 체격의 다양성을 존중해주세요ㅜㅜ. 비밀. 프론트에서 자쿠지 온수나오는 시간 1,2,3부 안내해주는데 걍 전시간 다나옴. 왜 그러는지는 모르겠음. 암튼. 그래요 사진은 숙소 앞 편의점 여기가 젤 가까움.
