Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites Reviews

Stayed here for my birthday celebration. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, a special thanks to Kalian who made my birthday special. My apartment was clean and had everything I wanted. I would highly recommend this place as it is also close and central to most amenities.

the ladies at reception were lovely, and helpful.  The gym was really more for cardio only and had no water available for after a cardio session but luckily I had my own.  The room was tidy and clean.  Also very important nice and quiet.  Handy to everything.

Good location, friendly excellent staff, rooms were in excellent condition, great air conditioning, I didn't use the food menu. 1 lift was out of action unfortunately, so had to wait a few minutes each use. Other than the lift excellent.

We really need to seriously consider whether to book this hotel, not only poor service, but also excessive fees. They even charged a $30 extra cleaning fee, they said that at the time of check out, the room needs to be almost the same as when they checked in. What they mean is that the guest needs to clean the room before checking out. What is this? I stay in so many hotels, but this one has such a request, which is completely unreasonable. When we checked in, we found that the wall-mounted TV almost fell off and was very dangerous. I advise everyone not to stay at this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located, cheap and the room has enough space. In addition, the hotel has a front desk. Although it is not 24 hours a day, it is better than the apartment I stayed in before.

The room is large, a suite, and has a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave toaster, etc., which is very convenient for a short stay of a few days.
