This was our second stay at NUO, to celebrate our anniversary, and it was even sweeter than the first! As soon as you step into NUO’s beautiful lobby, the outside world seems to melt away, and you’re surrounded by a tranquil, elegant, and calming environment. The rooms are clean and luxurious, the beds super comfortable, and the lavish bathtub with a city view is also a highlight! Breakfast at NUO is an entire experience of its own! The breakfast buffet is vast and full of several varieties of cuisines. Every bite of food is prepared with excellence and care, and the staff are all very attentive and helpful. The keystone part of this stay is the amazing hospitality from Frank. Frank took wonderful care of us again, with cookies, fruits, and a personal note waiting for us in the room. He communicated with me via WeChat prior to our stay, to ensure everything would be perfect. While there are many lovely hotels in Beijing, none of them have someone like Frank who will make you feel so welcomed and at home in such a massive and beautiful space. We will always be recommending NUO to our friends, as well as treasuring the time we spent at this lovely hotel. Upon arrival, I came into this huge entrance lobby area. Huge shout out to Bella Hu from GRO and Mike at the IHG one rewards desk, Check-in / Check-out was smooth, easy and both of them were pleasant, kind and helpful. Room was great with a huge bed and super comfortable. room temperature a little too warm for my liking but nothing like opening a window cant fixed. Went to check out CHAR at the first floor in the evening but didn’t have a chance to see other facilities. A lil hiccup that I would like to mention was 2 things that the wifi doesn’t work for both of my phones (thank you for the help of the duty manager that tried his best to help me with it, appreciate it) and also regarding my encounter with the night shift FO that isnt very pleasant. Went and asked for bottle of water to be kindly send to the room but she wasn’t engaging the conversation kindly and even barely looking at me and water was not sent to the room neither that night. Perhaps confusion? But afterall, CROWNE PLAZA LIDO is one of my fav stay as always. Thank you!

Our experience here was very nice, the staff was very friendly and very helpful, Their breakfast was to die for really a good spread from Chinese to Western. The Shower I actually can't stop thinking of that shower it was amazing I wished I had one like that at home. The hotel is close to everything and it is quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere. I just think maybe the TV was a bit on the small side. But then who goes to a hotel to watch TV? Thank you, you really rock :)

There is no one speaks english. Not at least a one word. Had to change the room for 3 times as the first room on the 2nd floor smelled really bad changed it to the corner room- but the 2nd room was very cold and we had to sleep with our thick clothes. I requested to change the room for the 3rd time and the room on the 4th floor warm - but the towels were used towels- cleaning poorly made. Will not stay again.

I stayed here for 5 days during the National Day holiday in 2019. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete and the transportation is very convenient. When I went to Beijing to look for hotels during the Qingming Festival this year, I read the reviews saying that it was renovated in 21 years and booked a room without hesitation. The renovated room is clean and tidy, and the zero-pressure bed is very comfortable to sleep on!

I stayed here for 2 weeks during my Business Trip, and it had been a consistently good experience, the room is spacious and clean, the location is great as well, a lot of restaurant around and there's a mall right across the street. But the best part of this hotel is definitely the customer service and their staff (and the cool robots!), everyone is so efficient and helpful. 5 Star, Would definitely recommend!
