五星的環境：雲蒙山、星月湖都很美，纜車行駛平穩，周圍都是雲霧。 四星的設施：勉強四星吧，房間比較大，但是景觀不好，窗户塗了奇怪的顏色，看不到外面。 三星的餐飲：味道還可以，早餐也沒有想象中差，餐廳服務態度比前台好多了，可以送餐到房間，充電寶不能用馬上主動聯繫退款，提出表揚。 二星的管理：管理極其不用心，細節到處都是槽點，訊息到處都是錯誤，房間裏的點餐電話是前台電話，打過去説不負責點餐；點餐二維碼無法微信付款，也沒有告知怎麼辦；入住登記的紙條上顯示wifi沒有密碼，實際卻需要密碼；指示牌上的商店並不營業；下山擺渡車下來之後還要走很遠，長長的彩虹電梯維修衹能走樓梯下去，按照停車場指示牌走到終點發現柵欄門被鎖住。 一星的服務：以上本來都是小事，但遇到問題找前台反饋，前台直接回復：“那我也沒辦法，我們不是一個部門的…我們給您解決不了，該給您的都給您了”缺乏最基本的責任心和職業素養。因為並沒有追着前台要讓他解決，衹是客觀反映問題，本來一句簡單的“很抱歉給您造成不便，我們會跟餐廳反映這個問題”就可以了，一定要用這種態度激化矛盾嗎！

環境很美，空氣很好，早餐極差，洗澡很不爽！

民宿在景區裡邊，有山有水環境優美，房間設施也很新、很好，去的時候下着小雨，遊客較少，晚餐早餐都很貼心的送到了房間裏，旁邊不遠就是索道，上山客觀密雲水庫全景。

雲蒙山半山腰，位置絕佳。盛夏也涼爽宜人。雲蒙山風景絕佳，適合有錢有閑者消費。開發度需要進一步提升。硬件可以再升級。
