I was in the Batesville area on business and needed a hotel for one night. I found the Hampton Inn and Suites on my mobile Hilton app and saw that it was a newer hotel, the price for one night was excellent and highly rated. This is one of the newer style Hampton Inns with bright refreshing decor and a mobile key to get you into your room quicker. The staff were friendly upon arriving and helped me choose a local restaurant for dinner. The lobby was bright and welcoming and there was a large pantry with food and other items in case I needed anything. The ground floor had plenty of new and modern seating areas for people to gather and hang out. My room was spacious and clean when I went inside, The wifi was easy to connect to, and the heating and air conditioning unit was functioning properly. The Layout of the room gave you the feeling that the room was a little bigger than it looked. There were outlets for power and USB for charging all of my devices. The desk and chair were perfect for going online and working when I needed to. The bathrooms in the room were spotless and I had enoght towels for my stay. My only critique of the room I had was that there were stains on the carpet. The grounds and foyer have many amenities. There is a large outdoor pool and a fully stocked fitness center with free weights, cardio machines and an assortment of fitness accessories. Breakfast was your standard Hampton Breakfast with Cold and Hot choices, which the staff kept fully replenished during the hours the breakfast was served. Overall this Hampton Inn is a great choice for an affordable, clean and newer hotel in the area.

I am a Hilton honors member. The room I was given had a) fithy carpets, b) the one phone in the room did not work, 3) of the 3 lights in the bedroom 1 did not work. Too dark to read or work except in the bathroom. Finally, the entire room smelled and felt dirty, corners of floor to wall had dirt. No choices in this area or I would NEVER stay here!

Stayed 2 nights here. Had to make a change in my schedule but no problem They gave me an excellent rate even with the change. Clean, comfortable and some of the friendliest staff I have seen in a long time.

I was born and raised in Batesville and occasionally come back to visit friends and family. The Hampton is the best place to stay in regards to location, cleanliness and price. I will definitely stay at the Hampton when I am in town again.

1. The directions for how to get online were confusing. The prompts to get access to the network were not the way to get on. I had to use my own hot spot, at a cost, until I figured it out. Front desk person at 10p was unhelpful. 2. There are no clocks in the room. I hate this new policy in hotels. Using my phone does not work for me - I cannot see the time in the middle of the night. 3.Then in the morning at 6:45a a dog in a room on my floor started barking consistently for 35 minutes. Woke me up. The new front desk person was very apologetic and tried to handle it. She told me she would also have the manager call me today. The manager never called. 4. Finally, I asked for FULL housekeeping service when I checked in. Came back from a long day at work to a room where the bed was NOT made and carpet NOT vacuumed. Only the bathroom had been cleaned. That is not full service.

Very nice Hampton Inn. We have stayed here multiple times and never had any problems!! Everyone is always very friendly!! Rooms are always very clean!! Hope they continue to keep this hotel updated and clean. Breakfast area is always clean and the ladies are always very nice. We have had many conversations with Luke at the front desk. We didn’t see Luke on this visit, hope he is still employed at this Hampton.

The front desk is always very attentive, courteous and professional. Our request for a room / floor preference was taken seriously and they fulfilled all of our needs. The breakfast was ready, available as advertised and the cook / hostess was first class.

The front staff was very nice and efficient. Even gave us apples and free water. The breakfast of eggs, gravy , biscuits and bacon was good. Would definitely stay here again. The room was very nice and quiet. Had coffee pot, refrig., and microwave.

Everyone was super friendly . we got there last minute and they had room and allow pets. The room was very clean with everything we needed it, breakfast was good. loved our stay went back at end of week and stayed again.

As a frequent business travel (weekly!), I have been staying in Hampton Inns across Arkansas for two years with nothing but great things to report. However, this hotel is overpriced for the area and for the brand. I believe that through a comedy of errors, I inadvertently booked two rooms for myself instead of one. I think my app was glitchy and I wasn't aware of a double booking. A few days later, I got pretty sick and called to cancel my reservation, but unbeknownst to me, I had two reservations but only canceled one. I assumed that the staff, when I called to say, "I need to cancel because I'm sick" may have even noticed to confirm. At any rate, I was charged for the room. When I called to resolve the issue, post-its were left, promises were made to get back to me, and I was pushed around from person to person. No one was willing or able to help. My wrong email address was shared. It was just one mess up to another on the hotel's end that has not culminated in any type of resolution. I am so frustrated by this type of treatment that I will never stay in this branch again and may cancel my entire Diamond member status. This is likely a lovely place to stay, but do not, I repeat, do not have any type of issue, because the general manager would rather keep your money that have you as a return customer. I have been in a customer service loop from hell for the past few weeks and all I really wanted is a refund.

I think this must be the best hotel in Batesville! The employees were all professional, but kind and very helpful. The room was plenty spacious, and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and always delicious, giving a great start to each day. I wish all the hotels we stayed at throughout our trip were as nice as this one was. I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

We require a room with a r/i shower. The bathroom was nice, shower pressure was average. Wash cloths were way up high... not easily accessible for chair bound people. The room was huge and the bed comfortable. Plenty of lights and bedside plugs (both regular and USB). Love the mirrored barn door that either closes the bathroom off or the closet off. Breakfast was okay. The coffee maker is the single packet kind... I wish it was a Keurig so I could bring the coffee I like. There is a choice of light or dark roast in the lobby. The front parking lot was paved during our stay so we had to park elsewhere. That was a huge inconvenience due to being chair bound. Two employees were excellent. Luke was exceptional! Anna was excellent and as accommodating as possible. I didn't like the cheap plastic toilet seat... I didn't like the arm chair. It's not very comfy and the ottoman is heavy and uncomfortable. The pool is outside and it was very enjoyable with nice seating around it. It is located close to the hospital. I will stay again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is probably one of my lifetime favorites. Modern, clean, wonderful service, absolutely delicious complimentary breakfast with make your own mini Belgian waffles. The room was clean, and spacious. Parking was a breeze (and not all hotels can say that) This is the place folks! We will definitely return.

We have stayed at this property previously. Staff is always great. The rooms are immaculate and modern. The only issue we had was the fan speed on the air conditioning was barely moving air. Fortunately, we had brought a fan.Otherwise, it would have been a miserable night since temps were over 100 while we were here.
