Great location and family friendly! Good breakfast spread and the service rendered by the front desk was exceptional. Housekeeping was great and polite and kind too! We really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel feels a little aged, which eats into its cleanliness score. Located right beside the ferry terminal and across mega mall where shops abound. Amazing service where staff are always happy and willing to assist. Fulfilled my request for birthday surprise by decorating my bed with cute balloon and towel figurines as pictured. Breakfast spread was great and of good quality. Enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.

Good location, walkable from the ferry terminal. Friendly staff. Room is big and spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Bedsheet, towels, toilet and sofa are not super clean but still acceptable. Aircon is cold. Overall a good stay!

The concierge was professional and polite.
Breakfast was not that great as variety limited.
Aircon in room not cooling even though adjusted to lowest temperature. Lights not working, was told no spare parts to replace 🙁
Bathroom doors old and difficult to close entirely.
However, the rooms were clean and spacious 👍🏻

The location is very good near to the ferry terminal, which is walkable distance in 2-3 mins.
The hotel staffs very friendly and offer help to guest when needed.
Overall the experience was good.

nice big room, house staff, when you enter the room the room is cold, the air conditioner is turned on, good, ... (only the air conditioner drips water hahaha)

We have a good day stay in here, they give us aromatherapy, the breakfast its good, staff is nice, room services is quick, everything is perfect. The location its only 5 minutes to reach big mall. Breakfast is 5 star for me, so many Indonesian food❤️.
