1. Overall, the hygiene was just okay. My room, 2127, had very obvious handprints on the door, and there was a strange smell inside. 2. The environment was quite satisfactory. 3. Regarding the service, I had a frustrating experience. After ordering food, the delivery rider left it at the front desk. I informed the front desk, but after waiting for half an hour, my food still hadn't been delivered to my room. I even called the front desk during that time to inquire about the delivery and was told it would be sent up. After waiting another half an hour without delivery, I went downstairs to pick it up myself and saw it was still sitting at the front desk. What's more, there were two delivery robots idle and unused for delivery. I told the front desk that if they're busy when food arrives, they could call the room or me, and I'd be happy to pick it up myself. I had ordered noodles, so you can imagine how that affected my meal. 4. The breakfast was genuinely not recommended. The quality was very mediocre, and the milk tea wasn't authentic. No matter what time you went, something was always out of stock, and the food itself just wasn't good. The live cooking station was understaffed and couldn't keep up, and even when food was prepared, it wasn't tasty. In summary, I hope the hotel focuses more on details and service to build a strong brand reputation. They should accept honest feedback and truly ensure high standards of service and quality. I look forward to a significantly improved experience on my next stay!
