Pullman Properties in Bangkok

The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient to get anywhere in Silom and very close to the BTS Skytrain. There are large shopping malls, restaurants, massage places, and parks nearby, making it super convenient. We stayed on the 29th floor, and the view was fantastic; we could see what I call the 'Key Building.' The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious rice noodle soup, a great selection of salads, and a wide variety of egg dishes with an à la carte menu right on the table. The 25 Degrees Burger on the ground floor is fantastic, with vegan options, and the fact that it's open 24 hours is super convenient. Just a few steps away is a Mother Cow, which has tasty, non-fishy drinks and sugar-free options. The front desk and concierge staff were polite and attentive. The rooftop restaurant has a dress code. I loved the swings next to the elevators in the lobby. There's a self-service laundry nearby, very close, with new machines, and you can get everything done in an hour. The lady who cleaned our room was lovely. It was a pleasant stay.

The McSpicy Burger 🍔 has arrived~ 📍🗺️ Location: Within walking distance of the Ratchadamri metro station and the Phaya Thai Airport Rail Link. Close to the alley with the duty-free shop, which is great for strolling around and has a 711 nearby. I recommend the nearby Nikko massage shop. 🏠🏠 Environment: A very standard five-star hotel. It offers a quiet escape in the middle of the bustling city, with a grand lobby and plenty of seating. 🛎️🛎️ Service: Good. Staff proactively helped with luggage. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of choices, including Thai milk tea and coffee, as well as boat noodles and omelets. 🧸🧸 Value for Money: High. Booked a Deluxe Twin Room. The room is very large; the facilities are not brand new, but it was very clean and well-kept. They were also very generous with ice cubes upon request. The air conditioning was noisy at night. Items in the minibar are extra. Cons: A deposit was collected at check-in. I paid by credit card and haven't received the refund yet. Looking at other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident. This felt like a terrible experience!
