Our recent stay at Lotus Bungalows in North Bali, Candidasa, was nothing short of magical. We had booked a superior room, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like we were embraced by nature. The lush surroundings and tranquil ambiance set the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. We were there to celebrate my partner's birthday, and the staff made it truly memorable. They went out of their way to surprise us, decorating the room with festive birthday decorations, a delicious cake, and beautiful flowers. It was such a heartfelt gesture that made us feel incredibly special. The culinary experience at Lotus Bungalows was a delight. We tried the octopus salad, and it was simply divine. Breakfast each morning was also a treat, with a variety of delicious options to start our day right. What truly made our stay remarkable, though, was the staff. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care left a lasting impression on us. They made us feel at home, and their hospitality was filled with love. Our time at Lotus Bungalows was an unforgettable blend of nature, celebration, and warmth. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories there.

Located far from crowded area and the surroundings area are very green as it is located among the rice fields. Good service by the staff and the room is very clean as well. We stayed here for our plan to catch a sunrise at Lempuyang temple which is only about 30 mins drive.

Come here as a family with children or as a couple for a calm, quiet, relaxing holiday. Hotel with magnificent views of the Bali Sea and the Pacific Ocean. The first line, admiration from the ebb and flow. Superb ocean views from anywhere in the hotel. The pool is great! Divided into three zones by depth. There is a bar-restaurant right next to the pool. It turns out to be a kind of Beach Club. Our room had a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and utensils. Nearby, outside the hotel, there is a “cafe” serving local cuisine. They don’t look very presentable (you have to understand that this is a village), but the food is delicious and not very expensive. There are also shops with everything you need. And snorkeling... aerobatics... that's what we came here for... We recommend visiting this area of ​​Bali and this hotel!

The service was five stars and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast, dining is also good, fresh and delicious. Love the hotel's infinity pool and watch the sunset here every day. The only thing that felt inadequate was that our room was near the road, and the sound insulation was not very good. I heard the roar of motorcycles at 11 o'clock in the evening. Fortunately, the Indonesians were lazy and quiet in the morning.

Good day! I wanted to write a review of the place. Beautiful accommodation for a few days. We were with the child 6 years old. No child surcharge was available. First line. One can agree to walk on the ship. A delicious breakfast for two with an ocean view.

Over all the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is right of the heart in Kuta Centre, Central Kuta Park is ideal. But don't shock if you have to pay many times of the parking fee because the hotel doesn't have any cooperation with the parking system around there, if you make it to stay at the hotel in the next door. They have included the parking fee for that hotel. Every day Kuta Hotel doesn't have that privilege, so you MUST pay extra for the parking fee! Room is basic, and ok. clean? as I have experience in 1217 room there were many stains and dirty on the bed sheets, the window isn't clean, and when you look outside. There was a dead mouse just right at the front. don't shock if the smells would be all around. The bathroom is ok, will take 2 minutes to get a hot shower, you need to re-setup again as it wasn't a warm shower but super-hot water. the drainage is clogging, you'll have a flooded floor because of it. and it will take few minutes to let them go. That was my experience staying at Every day, maybe you will have a different and good experience. I booked for Room Only as I leave super early for my flight, so I wasn't experiencing a breakfast as I don't book it as well. Will consider tor returning. not promise!

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). Dripz Coffee under the actual Eden Hotel provides great coffee plus meals, snacks etc. Friendly and helpful staff!! We have had many breakfasts at Eden Hotel - very nice and great value!! We had American breakfast, and there is also an option of a buffet breakfast. Thank you to many helpful staff including Juni, Ari Arum and Satria from Dripz Coffee.
