The font desk did a bad job on passing messages to the transfer bus driver. The free airport transport service ended at 23:30. This service has to be reached once we arrive at the airport by phone call. There was a lack of clear information on how to find the transfer bus. No details of the bus and location are provided. We called the hotel at around 23:15. The font desk was not willing to give further instructions and hung off the phone. This caused the bus leave, and we had to reach the hostel with public transportation. Bad experience.

Good shuttle service until 11.30pm. Just call the hotel when arrived at airport.

We spent one night in the hotel, we arrived late and our flight was in the morning the following day. The room was big with all what we need. And there was a free shuttle from and to the airport. Negative point: there was a bad smelling in the room.

Plus the fact that it is not far from the airport, we had a flight early in the morning, they took us there. Not far away is a large supermarket where we bought gifts for friends. But of course you won’t live in it, the shower is leaking, it’s noisy and it’s difficult to get to (metro, tram, train)

I liked the hotel, its location is great, the people are very helpful and they also have a shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning! There are restaurants around to be able to order food and also have it delivered to the hotel without any problem

Super dirty carpeting covered with lint, hair, unidentifiable junk. Bathroom was clean. Pulled up bedding to look for bed bugs (none) and found human hair on the mattered. Room stunk of cigarettes. Horrible. Very nice front desk woman and super attentive emails for the shuttle service.

Very disappointed with this hotel. To begin with, the airport shuttle was only offered between 5 - 9:30am. Since our flight was mid-afternoon we had to take a taxi for 10 euros. The carpet in our room was dirty and stained and there were no shades on the reading lights on either side of the bed which made for a very harsh light. I am not a picky individual but this hotel was below even my standards!

Just one station away from Orly Airport. The hotel is old and do remember to have your own kettle.

Just good enough for a short sleep night to catch next day flight. I never got my wake up call. I communicated it at the front desk. I was told by a lady "Oh that's OK, we had few issues this morning. Never mind"

We arrived in the evening and was met by excellent and friendly staff on reception. Check-in was quick and simple, room was very clean, slightly on the small size for a family room but overall great value for a short one night stay.

All you need for an airport transit hotel, the receptionist was available all night, super easy check in/check out process. Reception pre booked our early morning airport transport so we didn’t have to worry. The room Itself was large. Shower has shower curtain, not my favourite but was clean. Soap/towels provided no other toiletries. Basic but all you need. The room was hot, not sure if we were unable to locate a temperature control but we didn’t attempt to ask for help due to the short duration of our stay. Over all would stay again for a short airport transfer location.
