The dining area of ​​the restaurant is carefully designed, and there is a TV to entertain children. There is a large amount of public space outside the room, which is convenient for personal reading and parent-child play. In the outdoor hot spring area at night, you can watch the stars in the sky.

I had a tatami room and was surprised at how spacious it was. I only used it for 2 people, but I thought it would be possible for 5 people to use it. The other guests were families. If you're going to take the subway, you should definitely research the location. I made a mistake once and almost didn't arrive at check-in time.

This hotel is a hot spring hotel in Ashibetsu City. There are more locals (Japanese) and not many foreigners. The hotel is too old. Although it has been renovated, the rooms are relatively old. Especially the toilet, there is a smell. I asked the front desk on the left and was told that all rooms were full. There is no left room to change, so I can only endure it. Another air conditioner is very loud. The hot springs are quite good, there are free games for children to play, and overall it's okay.

It was snowing so we couldn't see the view outside, but there was a gymnasium and a play area for small children inside the facility, so I think it's recommended for families with children. However, one thing that bothered me was that the rooms were not cleaned properly. There was quite a bit of hair and handprints, and the tables were dirty, which was disappointing. Other than that, the large public bath was good and the food was okay! It was a facility I'd like to visit again when it gets warmer.

I stayed for 2 nights starting from Friday at the end of September, with evening and morning included. The staff were basically only part-time workers, and there were many cases where the answers we received were vague. Take a bath in the open-air bath while looking at the starry sky. The quality of the water is good, and you can soak in it while wearing a mud pack. Your skin will become smooth. As for the food, the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, and I felt that they had taken great care to make various arrangements. Dinner was appetizers and shabu-shabu on Friday, and a 90-minute buffet with alcohol (60 minutes) on Saturday! The rooms are okay, and the cleaning is thorough. Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the museum, so people who like cleanliness may be concerned about this. Day trip baths are available for local young people and families from 0600 to 2200. At that time, the baths, the building, and the baths are crowded. The main guests were young couples and families. Overall I am very satisfied and would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is very Japanese-style. The rooms are a little small, but they are well-equipped. The large bathhouse is great, but the more troublesome thing is that you have to bring bath towels from the room. The restaurant is very good, there are affordable meals to choose from for dinner, and the breakfast is also very rich. Generally speaking, the overall experience was satisfactory. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we did not see the famous starry sky this time.

The parking lot for lodging was full of GW day trippers, and when I went to the front desk to ask where I had to park, I was stunned by their response! The equipment in the room is old and it feels like there is no desire to fix the inconveniences. I enjoyed only the bath, but it was a big mistake to make a reservation because it was impossible to repeat.

It was my first time using it, but I felt very comfortable using it. The explanation at check-in was easy to understand and polite. I was very impressed with the many baths. There was also a bath with different temperatures, which was nice. In addition, there are three saunas, and the open-air sauna was especially pleasant.

The service is okay, but the staff at the counter are terrible. Why do they ask you to write down your personal information? In today's world, it's normal to know your customer's history and try to improve your service!

I stayed for one night. It happened to be a weekday when it was quiet, so I was able to relax. The room was undeniably old, and the bath was far from the room, so I was sad when I realized I had left my towel in the room (lol). The weather was bad and I couldn't see the stars I was looking forward to, but the bath was empty, there was really plenty of space to read manga, and I was able to relax in the common area. If it had been crowded and full of small children, my impression would have been quite different. I had dinner and breakfast. To be honest, dinner was a single dish and not very tasty, but the Japanese side dishes for breakfast were grilled in front of me, and I felt that even the small side dishes such as kinpira were carefully prepared with a gentle taste. It was a hotel I would like to visit again when it is quiet.
