Greetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!

I heard from a friend that Antalya is worth visiting the Mediterranean. It was my first time here. I looked for hotels on Ctrip and read reviews, and finally chose Crowne Plaza. Our family of three paid an extra fee to upgrade to a sea-view room in the lobby. From the welcome at the door to the reservation in the lobby , restaurant, cleaning service and dishes are all very good! You can watch the sunrise on the balcony at 7 o'clock in the morning, perfect! You must also enjoy swimming at the beach. The hotel has an underground passage leading to the beach. This design is great! It is recommended that the hotel set up a few umbrellas by the beach to make it perfect!

Quality of the Room: • Lack of fridge in the room • The cleanliness of the room was not to the standards of a 3-star rating • Air conditioning unit was not functioning fully Quality of food and Dining Area: • The hygiene quality is very poor due to staff not wearing the right clothing when serving the food • I have noticed and reported to the Manager that the food is being recycled time and time again for guests to eat. I was astonished to hear his reply in saying that they are not able to waste the food due to the running costs. Then I told him that they will lose customers due to their extended recycling of the food. Most of the food was unacceptable to eat due to lack of a qualified chief. I believe that the hotel is run by the small team who are used for multiple jobs within the hotel. • I was given permission to use the kitchen fridge due to lack of refrigerator in my room. • Water cooler was malfunctioning – not getting to the required temperature • No menu or named tags to describe the food they were offering and also when asking staff, they can hardly communicate in any other language than their own. • I have asked why they are not servicing any fruits apart from apples (please note that most of the apples been rotten inside due to being recycled) and was told by the manager that it is very expensive to purchase anything else due to the running costs of the hotel

I would like to thank volcan at the reception, he was amazing and super friendly, fixed any problems we had quickly with a smile. Nice calm place, clean flat, nice garden view (green grass and trees around the flat which adds alot specially when you open the big windows or set outside), had a washing machine and dish washer. Free parking for the car. We had a two weeks stay and we really felt like home❤ I would advice the owners to put more kitchen equipments

A quiet safe area, chic mountain view, clean air, cozy hotel home atmosphere. Rooms are very comfortable, equipped with everything necessary according to the last word of the equipment. The Maryam maid is very nice and welcoming, maintains cleanliness and order. The hotel management is very careful to every guest, thanks to the qualified organization of the director's work, all staff work friendly, providing comfort and quiet rest to all customers. But the main dignity and decoration of this hotel is the staff member of Svetlana. This wonderful Russian-speaking girl is literally competent in everything! It is a impression that it can solve any issue from a problem in the hotel to the council to buy strawberries on the local market or to make any documents in Turkey)). Persistent and welcome to any guest, even the most ”incomprehensible.” I highly recommend this hotel. We have been there twice and plan to come in 2023!
