Excellent location near Santiago airport. Super convenient free shuttle bus service for pick up and drop off to the airport, with frequent rides. Food at the hotel was super delicious and good sized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfortable accommodation close to the airport.

This is a very good hotel that offers airport pickup service, with a shuttle every hour. If it's your first time in Santiago, Chile, I highly recommend staying here for a night before heading into the city.

Good location, near SLP airport. Great free airport shuttle hourly. Onsite restaurant very conveniently. All staff are very friendly and speaking English.

I have stayed in Marriott hotels on many occasions in many countries around the world. This Marriott is VERY basic. In my opinion it is not up to Marriott standard. It’s a basic three star hotel. It’s close to the airport and clean. The shuttle is limited for example there is no shuttle between 0245-0515 meaning my early morning flight meant a taxi to the airport. The dinner menu was ok the veg burger I ordered was tasty.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived at the airport at 5am with two little kids and called the hotel in advance to confirm whether early check-in was available. We were told it was possible without any additional charge, so we made the booking and arrived at the hotel around 9am. However, the reception staff then told us we had to pay extra for early check-in and was extremely unhelpful, saying it was not their problem because they were not the person who spoke to us on the phone. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely lacked any willingness to help. After a long trip, this was a very poor and unpleasant first impression. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Good customer service , the shittle to the AirPort is good but just one each hour. The breakfast could be better.

Rooms were clean and basic. I personally wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast, you’d be better off eating in the airport. Shuttle bus was great, right to the front door of whichever terminal you want.

Is for quick stay but twin room bed is big and comfy.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my water bottle in the lobby, and the minibus driver kindly helped deliver it to the airport during their next pickup. This hotel is very convenient for a one-night transit stay, as they provide both airport pickup and drop-off services. The only comment is that responses on their WhatsApp are slow, and sometimes there is no feedback.

Shuttle good options. I was few hours to take shower and rest.
