Stile Suite Family Hotel

Lovely new hotel. Everything is very modern and well thought out. The cleanliness is perfect. There is everything necessary for farming. Washing machine. All dishes. Microwave. The room is small, everything is compact. I didn't ask for the first floor, but apparently it wasn't possible. The hotel is in a quiet location. But within walking distance from the embankment. There are cafes and shops nearby. The mosque is practically inaudible.

The room was nice, new and clean. There is ample parking space at the door, and it is relatively quiet as it is not facing the street. Except for the barking dog next to it, I am very satisfied. There is also an elevator which is convenient for carrying luggage.

Extremely bad hotel. Pitfall 1: We arrived at the hotel at around 8 pm on the first day, and it was only an hour after dark in Turkey. The door was locked, the lights were turned off, and no one was waiting for us. The hotel is located in a remote area, and our family was confused on the road. Pitfall 2: I called the boss to check in, but it turned out that one bedroom had not been cleaned at all, and the quilts were in a mess. He also said that we couldn't change them if we had no room, so we were asked to wait for a different quilt before we could check in. Pit three: On the morning of the third day, the main door lock was broken and could not be locked. We called the hygienist and asked the hygienist to fix it. The hygienist said that technicians would come to fix it, so that we could go out and play without worries. We went out and called the hotel at noon to ask if it had been repaired. The other party said that we could only change rooms. An hour later, when we went back as a family, there was no staff at the hotel. Our door was still unlocked and our luggage was inside, but they didn't. Take any precautions! I packed my luggage and prepared to change rooms. Everything was installed. When the boss came over, he didn’t want to change the room anymore. He took out the tools to repair and asked us to wait. I threatened to check out and change hotels, so I reluctantly changed rooms. Pit four: On the third night, the stove in the new room was broken, and the lighter caused the whole house to trip! They came over and actually turned off the lighter and threw us a lighter to start the fire manually! Pit five: It rained heavily on the morning of the fourth day, and the taxi call button was broken. The person on the phone asked me to call a taxi, and the person agreed. Then I waited ten minutes in the rain, but I didn't see a taxi. It usually takes less than a minute to arrive. I called to inquire, but the other party said that they couldn't call me because of the rain, so they couldn't call me! Then he didn’t even give me a call! We almost missed the plane! I ran to the main road and hailed one myself. There were many taxis and I didn’t understand why I couldn’t hail one! Although this place is cheap, it is really terrible! Does not meet the basic conditions of a hotel! This is the worst hotel in all the countries I have visited and stayed in! Basic safety and hygiene cannot be guaranteed! During my four-night stay, I was only given a bottle of water. I asked for it several times but it was not refilled. The so-called daily cleaning was just to collect the garbage!

It was great. We arrived very late and a very kind friend made us two cups of tea and sat there waiting to check in. The room was also upgraded to a family room for free for us. It is very spacious.

The particularly good boss was also a doctor and gave us some guidance.

Initially booked for 4 nights, then extended for another 2. 10 minutes to the sea, cafes, shops, pharmacies close. The room is clean and comfortable, not shabby, all the equipment is working.
