The hotel is very well located near the Arena Conda, one of the best evaluated in the city of Chapecó. The shower has a very good pressure and the water is well treated. My checkin was very fast, I had to fill a brochure with the data only and I was ready to have my room card in hands. The room is simple but very complete. Bed and comfortable beds, fridge, cable TV, safe and hairdryer. The bathroom has a shower with a very powerful shower, worthy of massage! The breakfast is very satisfactory for the location and the hotel, I considered it very complete to my taste. At any time they never banned any deliveries that arrived to my person, always being fully requested by the phone. I recommend the stay in this hotel, but I have a good location, but I didn't give 5 stars because I was charged for a visit, where it did not stay at the hotel or anything like that, just outside visiting me.
