The hotel location is good. It would be good if the amenities can be placed in the room without requesting on a daily basis.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, overall very good.

Convenient location.

The room was clean and comfortable and a good rate through Trip.com. The staff were polite and helpful. I stayed three nights and the room was not serviced during my stay. Someone did knock on my door around 5pm the day before I was leaving and asked if I needed the room to be cleaned. I declined as I had been out all day and needed to relax. Apart from the lack of housekeeping my stay was generally good.

Situated in the city center, it's easy to access supermarkets, souvenir shops, main streets, and stations. However, being close to the trams means there's some noise, but it's still manageable.

Had a wonderful 1 night stay. Lovely room, great breakfast. The location is incredible, basically as central as you can get. I was a bit worried about noise pollution but the windows etc were very well insulated and I slept great.

I booked for a King Bed room, but upon arrival, I was given a (tad smaller than) queen bed. I complained, and was immediately given a King Bed room...

Excellent location. Love the hotel smell. They gave us a room spray during check out. That as a nice touch. Special touches like chocolate and healthy juice was great. Front desk/door personnel were friendly. They will greet u all the time with a smile and greeting. The 1 thing that lack a little bit was house keeping. It was rainy throughout my stay and alot of sand from the road. They did not vacuum the room which feels sandy nor did they empty out the water from the ice bucket from my 1st day check in until check out. Other than that, it was my favourite hotel during throughout my europe trip.

The hotel atmosphere is nice & friendly. The rooms very clean & everything is intact and reachable. The staff are very helpful & the breakfast has a wide variety & it was with a manageable crowds.

good service，but the room is quite dark，sizewise is very small for number of 3 people as a family room.

Hotel has an excellent location close the central train station. Many nice restaurants close to hotel. Many tourist destinations close. Hotel is good in most measurable ways. Staff is very professional and friendly. And, staff very helpful in arranging small details for business travelers (at least my experience). Rooms are clean and modern. Small but workable gym. Only negative is currently construction in front of the hotel.
