It's very wonderful/peace Environment with friendly Staffs starts from reception to House keeping they are so cooperative and nice hospitality so it pulls me servals times here with, here I met Mr PADAM and Mr ARMAN from housekeeping they made me more SMILE by their services...thank you the hotel management team and family for making my 2nd home WOW ! It's quite good for it's status of a three star hotel. I enjoyed and I will be there in about two weeks again.

From the moment you arrived, you were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful ambiance. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff members were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that you had a memorable experience. Overall, Al Habtoor Polo Resort in Dubai exceeded your expectations, and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable stay in the city. 🌆✨

Honestly, a home away from home for us. The staff has always been accommodating and kind - everyone at the reception to the housekeeping staff to the security guards, a smile and cheery attitude always. An excellent perk is that the hotel also has a small (albeit well stocked) grocery store attached which makes living here a breeze (if you're tired of ordering in). Another bonus is that there's a pharmacy also attached if you need anything on the fly. Would definitely stay here again.

A haven in the desert. Everything was spectacular and service impeccable from the minute we arrived till we checked out. Nothing can be faulted. Hope they maintain this level of service and experience. We all had an incredible time and will be back
