The hotel is located in the heart of Dubai which was acceptable if you have work in the Academic City; however, I didn’t like the fact that they charge you for a bottle of water after the complimentary one!!!! I don’t think I will be in any chance booking again with them in future. They really need to reconsider their services to attract more guests.

Very bad experience..ac in our room not working..they shift us to another room with noisy one high speed fan..shower drain blocked..balcony closed..we forget staff at our room which is not found by housekeeping..so disappointed from that hotel

Worst Hotel ever don't trust them or trust their service. The leakage of professionalism they have is up normal. Newly opening hotels supposed to provide the best service to create a solid base reputation however the only provided miscommunication misconvience . Won't recommend it to anyone even if they're offering free room nights .
