Kempinski Residences Guangzhou

East Huanshi Road Area
Had a very good stay at the Kempinski Residences for my 4D3N GZ trip. Very nice and clean room. Only minus point is the location and the nearby construction causing traffic jams especially during peak after working hours. Breakfast buffet spread is not that good - but considered GZ is a food haven you can give breakfast a miss.
Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Nansha

Nansha Business District
This time I booked a room for two days. The hotel arranged several rooms on the same floor and helped to arrange room upgrades. The service was good, the hotel facilities and equipment were also good, and the breakfast was rich in variety. I will choose to stay here again next time if I have the chance~

The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The check-in desk is located at Level 5. There were no signage to indicate that. The check-in and check-out process were completed smoothly. As had to stay there for quite a few days and managed to received help from a few staff. Would like to give special thanks to a few staff for their excellency services rendered to me - Frey, Amy, Joseph. Will recommend to friends and family.
Jumeirah Guangzhou

Zhujiang New Town and Wuyang New Town Commercial Area
Nice hotel! They also gave us a nice surprise with the swan towels on the bed when we told them we were celebrating our anniversary. The only feedback is that the lobby lounge area needs some CLEAN freshener smell….I passed the lounge area to go to the “winter” mall and it kept smelling like dirty socks….I think it’s the carpet
LN Hotel Five

Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Haizhu Square
Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.
Just Stay Resort

Conghua Business District
This is the second time I stayed in the hotel villa. The hotel villa is more suitable for friends and family gatherings. When I checked in, I told the front desk to give me a room with a better location, but I was given a room with a bad location. The villa wall decoration was moldy and there was a smell in the basement. I called the customer service to complain and communicate about changing rooms, and finally I got a more suitable and bright villa. I am satisfied first! Ctrip customers also communicated with the hotel in time, thank you very much!
