The hotel can be said to be quiet in Ubud, it is a lively neighborhood, and then there is a good opposite, but after entering the hotel, it is very quiet, and the hotel's swimming pool is actually quite out of the film, and then the hotel's service is also good, On a big night I was about 500 meters away from the hotel. I contacted the hotel and asked him to send a car to pick me up. They also sent a car and then went back and said to give me the bill, but I found that he didn't do this to me when I checked out. So I still have to give him a big praise. I also tried the hotel's Italian restaurant. Except for expensive ones, it's okay.

when i checked in, they upgraded my room to terrace room, but I found a dead frog on the bathroom curtain, and it smelles very bad due to it has been dead for a very long time, fortunately they gave me a new room. but in the new room, the next day I had a hot water issue in my room at midnight time, and i had to wait for around an hour for it to got back working again. I recommend this hotel for someone who likes lots of bugs while they resting, becauss there are lots of bugs (spiders, frogs, big ants, bees, etc). Their housekeeping service is quiet quick, and the breakfast menu is also very healthy.
