We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to help us with a smile. They even waiting and welcoming us to the counter for registration though it’s a hot day. He also led us to our guest room. When we opened the room, the air conditioning was ready for us. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained, offering both comfort and a beautiful view. I especially enjoyed the greeneries and peaceful surrounding, the well-kept landscaping facilities and delicious food served at the restaurant. Everything was thoughtfully arranged especially my birthday cake, to make the guests feel welcome and relaxed. The swimming pool is built above the sea with a good and fantastic view across the sea horizon especially beautiful sun rise view. Besides, it’s safe for beginner like me. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family, and look forward to coming back again. Congrats.

I was a little scared at first because of some of the reviews. Although this hotel is quite old, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It even had an air purifier. The staff was also very nice and the service was excellent.thank you.

Nothing fancy but very practical and strategically located hotel at the riverside. Good for business or couple. The room is clean, mattress is solid and the shower pressure is so far the best over my years of travelling. The rates are the better one as compared to other neighbors. The reception is also friendly. 7-11 convenient stall located opposite hotel entrance.

Not friendly at all and i felt like i hv to begged them to get what i want since they showed zero interest to communicate with the guest. And what with the annoyed face!! Overall is okay for business short stay. Come with breakfast which is not too bad. Bed is okay, ac is wonderful. Bathroom might need to upgrade a little. Pretty basic hotel. Have a quite comfortable stay here. Location wise is okay. Near to few restaurants and kopitiam.

Our stay was quite pleasant. Sufficient parking, smooth check in check out, room was comfortable and washroom had all the amenities. The location is very ideal too as nearby to the attractions and some good food places. One thing is that the furnitures (esp the cupboard) looks a bit old, which understandable to us because the hotel is 15 years old. We experienced an “ants issue” due to the sugar sachets, but the staffs were very efficient and helpful which they cleaned it up quickly and solved the issue immediately. Sound-proofing is slightly lacking as can hear people talking loudly but we slept thru the nights without any noises. Overall the hotel was really satisfactory, clean and comfortable with exceptional service from the staffs. I recommend this hotel 👍🏼👍🏼
