I stayed in the capsule with a full glass view at the front and half glass view at the back. The view is amazing especially at night. The second best thing aside from the view is the air-conditioning inside the capsule. I just want to relax and stay in the capsule all day haha. The toilet for capsule is the sharing toilet but the cleanliness of the toilet is good and the heater is also well-functioning. You can request for towel from the ”lobby”. However, the cleanliness of the capsule is lacking. There is a small round skyview glass at the top of the capsule but it is not clean (hence we can't see the sky anyway) and with spider webs. The curtains has yellow stain and the door is a bit rusty. Besides that, there are swarms of mosquitoes outside the capsule so we don't dare to sit at the table outside. Overall, do not expect a resort like experience then you will be fine! It is a good glamping place and just relax. There is nothing much to do in this place except for the waterfall trip, hiking trip, and the underground mining place. So I will definitely suggest you to bring along some books, games, or some other chilling entertainment.

Stayed in Sungai Lembing with my friends back in September, and overall it was a really good experience! The place is simple and the facilities are quite limited, but honestly it’s worth the price for what you get. The environment is quiet and peaceful — perfect for a short getaway. What we appreciated most was how helpful they were. They assisted us in booking the morning tour and even arranged a hiking trip, which was super convenient since we’re not familiar with the area. Really made our trip smoother! Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and relaxing stay. 🌄✨

The room was slightly dirty but overall was still acceptable (personally) with the price.The cleanliness of the room can be improved. I found many ants in the kettle. My room also had some damp smell. Sound proof of the room was weak.

The reception were very helpful when we discovered there were insects in the room or power outage (both are quite usual in the area) Location is superb and is very near to the sunrise hill. We’re able to book a tour to the sunrise hill &rainbow waterfall for MYR80 per pax through the reception at 10pm the night before. The room has obvious wear and tear but was comfortable enough, there wasn’t enough hanging rack/hooks for towels in the double room, and we hope tissues were provided. Food are very limited in the area so I recommend only staying for a night for the waterfall.

Good location near the town. The room is clean. The staff is friendly. Sg Lembing is a small town a good place to peace your mind and relax. The noodles in the hawker center are yummy. The taufu is soft. Unfortunately the tin museum is closed for renovation while we are visiting

Had to sleep with 1 ceiling light (outside bathroom) turned on, suspect the wall switches were wired incorrectly, can't turn it off without removing the room key card from the slot. Room #2 upstairs. The shower water heater pipes was leaking, water pressure slightly affected and the body shower wall dispenser was empty. Mattress was ok, pillow does smells funny and the bed headboard floor was a little dusty (overall the room is clean).
