I've been to many countries around world. I've stayed in many nice boutique, premium and luxury hotels. But believe me, none was as good as Wyndham Casablanca. And you know what makes it so special? From the doorman to the receptionists, from the pool staff to the restaurant waiter, everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I can honestly say that just staying here has changed my perspective on life. This may also be due to the kindness of the Indonesian people. Believe me, you won't regret your stay here in this hotel. At a completely unexpected moment (even I'd forgotten) —I'm not one for celebrating birthdays— two staff members came to wish me a happy birthday with a cute cake. They made me experience every emotion at once. I'd like to thank everyone again. You are all beautiful and precious. Well if you are looking for more objective review, then let me summarize it like this: Breakfast : Amazing (mostly Asian cuisine) Pool: Clean and relaxing Staff: Just amazing. Very kind, smiling and helpful Location: City center. Just few meters away of a shopping mall Price: Compared to many other chain hotels, much better. Rooms: Clean and spacious

My room was opd and not maintained so well. The air conditioning is old, noise and not working properly. The A/C remote controller has a damaged display. The toilet was dirty with many Brown dirty presence almost on every corner. The shower curtain is old, durty and not nice. Shower head is old, durty and not working well. Not all electric wall plugs are working. Sofa is with stains. Bed mattress very used. Breakfast is good. I am nit satisfied even if the location is good and brand is famous

The frontliners services are very good. They try their best to help me if i need some support. Maybe the hotel need to check their furniture like sofa. Luckily the bed and matress is good. The location is good, whereby you can get grocery, restaurant within walking distance. Thank you for providing good services.

The hotel lobby is humid especially during hot day. Jkt is hot day most day. Gym only opened 6am-10pm Lift lobby on each room floor is humid and no aircon. As soon as you step into the hotel entrance, into the lift and out of the lift lobby before entering the room, the area has a musky smell and can be unbearable. To add on, there is no aircon along the lift corridor. Morning breakfast is quite limited. Indonesian cuisine selection is limited, international cuisine also limited. Inside the room, they do not provide any drinking bottles. There is water dispensing container but I am not sure if the container is clean and safe for drinking. So in the end I buy my own bottled water. The towel provided were well washed and over used, also smelly. Just like these towels just hot from the laundry and not propered air. Basically I just find the hotel condition IS OLD and not well maintained.

We didn't expect to get a very nice treats during our stay for Christmas, from the welcoming us, the ambiance, the coziness & cleanness of our room, the services of the Staffs, eventhough when we were at the pool with a mixed up of the order of 'margarita' but they handled it with care, so thanks for that, really appreciated! Location: Hotel area is ok, located just next to Kuningan Mall but because it's just right at a diverging traffic lanes, traffic is horrible when travelling out of the hotel. Service from staff is great and most have been generally helpful and polite. My only gripe with the hotel is that it's a bit old, even the towels looks old and the white lightings used in the rooms and common areas makes the hotel lobby looks more like a office building rather than a hotel. White lightings used in the room makes it not so comfortable to stay and sleep in, especially if I am travelling with my partner. The main reason I will not book this hotel again is because of the white lights and nothing to do with the staff's services. Didnt use much of the hotel's facilities to make any fair comments. Cleaning of the room can be improved with more attention being paid to details but not a deal breaker for me.

2nd time staying here. Fell in love with it the first time I came. The interior are super chic, room is very nice, spacious, comfortable. The bath tub was a nice touch. The breakfast is a must-try with good spread. Service staffs are well-trained and attentive. The location is great too with many good restaurants around, the rooftop bar is a nice hangout place at night . Will strongly recommend.

However, it took 15 min walk to the hotel from the stasiun, and there is nothing interesting for tourists to explore there. Only more of a transit or transport hub.

Been here for a couple of times.... and never for once disappointed me... I'm always happy with the way how all the staff trying to fulfill my request, even this time they upgraded my room... The hotel is a bit old and not very clean. At first, I was placed in a room where the lights would turn on randomly at night. Later, I was moved to a better room where this issue didn’t occur. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is dirty—I found someone else’s (women’s) hair in the shower. However, the service and staff were excellent—very helpful with any request. Overall, my impression is neutral. The location is convenient.
