Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta

Booked 3 bedrooms apartment style with living room, dining table and kitchen. Very spacious and clean. Nice skyscrapers view. Breakfast with various food selection. Good facilities: pool, gym, restaurant, nearby convenience stores/cafes and shopping mall. Worth the stay. Didn’t take pics of the unit but it looked the same as the pics in the app.

We love the apartment as it is a reputable hotel chain and it allows us to book more rooms for travellers who travelled as a  family. However, the hotel should replace all small and compact size toiletries to those bigger size toiletries installed in the toilet to reduce wastage of throwing the bottles and saving the earth. The master room toilet door was not user friendly and dangerous as if you accidentally closed the door by leaving your fingers slightly on the centre of the door, it will pinch your fingers painfully. Security in hotel is safe. The staff at the counter should be more friendly by smiling at all passing by customers. They will only smile at you when u walked to the counter to inquire some concerns.

Good location Great hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, the receptionist was very enthusiastic, helping me book a motorbike and guiding me all the way to the designated spot to pick it up.

Great location, right in center of Jakarta’s international business district and diplomatic surroundings.
