Amara Singapore (Staycation Approved)

This was my 2nd staycation at Amara Hotel. was warmly greeted by the cheerful staff, but he wasn't the one giving the room keys. only one counter staff was there. no upgrades or extensions, probably because the pandemic is over. The room is spacious but a little dim and the facilities such as the bathtub and drawers were a little run down. The room card holder drops out, managed to push it back. The television was quite dated in hi-tech Singapore. TV program seems crop and not fitting into the screen. For a 4 star hotel, i expect much better and well furnished facilities. i like the bright toilet though. The aircon is fantastic, just what we need in this hot and humid country. Getting around is convenient and there are lots of eateries around. Another relaxing staycation here at Amara Hotel. Booked during promotion. hope this prices will make a come back. but from what i've seen, room rates have definitely gone up quite a fair bit.

This was my 3rd staycation at Amara Hotel. I was warmly greeted by the cheerful staff at the reception counter and was sweetly given an upgrade from executive to club room plus a 2h extended stay. The room is spacious but a little dim and the bathroom is impressively clean and bright. The outdoor pool is a great place to relax at. Getting around is convenient and there are lots of eateries around, with the big 100AM Mall just beside it. It was, as usual, another relaxing staycation here at Amara Hotel. Thank you!

Manage to get a early check in at 12noon, free upgrade to the club suite at level 18. Was disappointed by the pool and didn’t see the jacuzzi. The gym was good. Breakfast was decent too. Overall was a good stay

The hotel reception was great. Polite and helpful staffs trying their very best to serve the guests. The hotel room is spacious, neat and tidy. However, the facilities such as the toilet bowl and cupboards were a little run down. The television was not well kept either. Tried to call for room services several time but the phone was engaged. The staff might had terminated the call before picking it up. Reasonable price for a 4 stars hotel. But I expect a much better and well furnished facilities.

All good. Room is cozy too. However, cleaning of the room is not very thorough. Near to Mall a lot of food choice Facilities is tally 4 star quality. The hotel is a bit old, you could see some stains here and there, but not major, the room doesn't feel dusty as well. Service is great. Location superb (Across tanjong pagar hawker center and in the area where a lot of fancy cafe in, dept stores also pretty near). Great place to stay.
