The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality

The location is super convenient, right next to the bar street. Even on a high floor, it wasn't noisy at all. The sky pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's a small hot spring pool too. It was perfect for letting the kids burn off some energy while I relaxed in the pool.

The room was excellent and beautiful. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home. We experienced a heartwarming, home-like comfort during our six-day stay. The hotel's location is superb, just 150 meters from the subway station. The hotel pool is also stunning at night, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the night view.

The hotel is conveniently located right above Telok Ayer MRT Station (Downtown Line). There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, highly recommended! The breakfast was a bit ordinary, so you might consider trying some of the unique local restaurants nearby instead.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was also very impressed with the meticulous attention to detail throughout the room. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Singapore.

The Clan Hotel truly deserves a dedicated review, even from someone like me who rarely writes them. The hygiene is excellent, and our corner room had two massive windows. The metro station is right downstairs, and they provide complimentary snacks and drinks. While there's no bottled water, they offer a direct drinking water tap, tea cakes, and coffee. The front desk staff was incredibly nice; we checked in close to midnight and I left my phone at the front desk in a daze, but the lady kindly brought it up to our room. There's a small infinity pool on the 30th floor which is quite serene. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families with older children exploring the city.

This is my favorite hotel in Singapore. The service is excellent. We came during my birthday, and they even gave me a gift. Plus, for first-time guests, there are lots of complimentary snacks. The room is very clean, and the bed is super soft. It's also very close to the MRT; you just walk up and you're there. It's near many tourist attractions and there's plenty of food available. The people are also very clean. It's truly a great place to stay.

Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant. Two families booked two separate rooms. The hotel's policy states check-in is at 3 PM, but upon arriving on time, we couldn't get our rooms and had to wait for a long time. The room hygiene was a serious issue; the entire room was dusty, indicating a clear lack of proper cleaning. Room amenities were completely insufficient: no tissues on the first day, and on the second day, no fresh towels were provided. After calling the front desk to request them, the staff member who delivered the towels had a terrible attitude, questioning our request and showing no awareness that it was housekeeping's oversight in not replenishing the supplies. Neither the hygiene, the housekeeping replenishment, nor the staff's service attitude met standards. They couldn't even provide the most basic accommodation services. I will definitely not stay here again, nor do I recommend it to other travelers.
