I had a bit of mixed emotions about the villa in the beginning. The actual complex is great, surrounded in nice garden. The villa has really nice entrance where you walk over a pond with fish, nice good size pool (aprx 10m long) living area and dining area. upstairs there is bedroom and another lounge room with mats - great for Yoga. huge bathroom with tub and separate shower. Location was good as we did hire a bike, nice couple of restaurants around the corner (turn left when you outside and walk for 1-2 min), nice massage place to your right. That is where my mixed emotions started. Villa needs some work, pool lights weren't working, decking has loose timber. Kitchen vinyl is lifting. Sofa covers are all stained. Breakfast is the most modest/small i ever had in Bali. I personally don't think it is worth to pay for a breakfast in this villa. You get eggs with mini small croissant and another mini bun with tea. or fruits. But after enjoying all the good parts you sort of start to forget about those maintenance issues. So if you think you can look past them, definitely worth staying here. Hopefully they will do a reno and this place will be a Gem.

There is nothing to go around the hotel, but this three-bedroom villa is very cost-effective, the pool is very comfortable, suitable for a family, the room is very big, the rest is very good at night, the patch panel is very intimate, no need to bring a conversion plug. The breakfast was not bad, the butler was very intimate, and took us out to play for two days. The butler's car was very clean. We took us to the local traditional lunch, about 20 yuan per person. The only downside was that the room light was too dark.

I am very pleased and enjoyed thoroughly my 5 nights stay! The setting of the entire villa is soothing, secluded with lots of privacy. The staff and service are most welcoming and commendable! Hello mrs mino it’s really sad to see that after all what you did wrong and the damages you did to our villa you keep trying to do more harm to people. All the above is not true since the electricity was messed up by you throwing water on purpose , you did fight with people who rented also the villa with you since you didn’t at all rented two villas by yourself ! The people who lived with you all complained about you and thought and your son attacked ne of the guest and I almost called the police and I had to protect the safety of the other guest from scary behaviors. I never seen someone behave the way you behave the stuff all of them were scared from you you scared everyone . You asked to stay for free which is insane also ! No one complained beside you and your son ! In fact other people who you shared the villa with are still renting the villas from us and they are very peaceful and happy and well educated . Not just this ! You asked for a refund for the month that you stayed in our villa if you wanted to leave we could give you the money back but surprisingly you stayed for a month asked for more day ! And asked for a refund also in a place that you say it’s bad ! Actions speak for themselves ! Also so many things you left broke and dirty in your room and your son room we had to fix everything . And because we balinaise people believe in karma I didn’t want to call the police for you because I felt sorry for you since you are very very very old but I do believe karma already took care of the bad things you did to everyone . Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

I felt 2x in 6 hours. 1x rooftop in front of door to lift. Floor was wet from rain and I did not see, because was dark 7 hours later in restaurant for breakfast. Was water on the floor . I did not see. Pain was big my ash and my low back. Very less support. Waitress to busy and no manager. Needed next day fysio, what I had to pay by myself. Was very disappoint. As well the next days with words no compensation

It’s the perfect place if you have an early flight - with the most comfortable bed!! Everything is nice and clean and the people are amazingly friendly. I loved how helpful and kind they all were. It’s not at the best location, as Bali has tooo many other beautiful beaches and this hotel is not situated at one of those beautiful beaches. Other than that, I can’t complain at all. I had a great evening there with an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take to the airport since I left too early to get breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Movenpick is a beautiful hotel and was our final stop on our two-week stay between Bali and Lombok. We were initially booked into the wrong room (twin, not double) but this was sorted immediately. Good selection at the breakfast buffet but I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not cooking fresh crepes for guests. All the little touches made the stay great. We were a bit let down that service was slow and it was a struggle to find two sun loungers, even when we were up early. For guests staying in the hotel after check out before getting picked up, the hotel provides a room to shower in. This can be booked at reception and is cleaned between uses. All in all, a lovely stay.
