Rooms need alot of work, I had a standard room, air-conditioning screamed a ringing noise so you couldn't have it going for too long if inside the room, the shower base wouldn't drain the water away, walls were in terrible shape, furniture was old and falling apart, Thank goodness it was a 1 nighter, on a positive note, bed was very comfy and linen was very clean,towels were new and soft. Did the trick for a stopover, but wouldn't stay here any extra nights, staff are lovely

Really thoroughly enjoyed our time here, what a lovely wonderful place to stay. From the moment we turned up in the early hours of the morning nothing was a problem for the great staff and owner. The room was nice and clean and the view down to the pool fantastic. The food at the restaurant at the front of the establishment was really great, the overall ambience of the place really was refreshing and relaxing and we would return again.

The location is okay, very strategic, but the room is very small, the AC needs extra maintenance because it's not cold, the toilet is really bad, the floor is really fatal with slippery ceramics, then the toilet can't be squeezed, so if you have a bowel movement, spray it manually, not really Basically, I don't recommend staying here, the only advantage is that the location is strategic, the rest is minus 😥

  The Hotel Neo, (which should not to be confused with the Neo + Hotel), is a modern small hotel and after reading the number of reviews about the friendly the staff and hotel, I decided to give it a try. However I was disappointed and found the reception staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming and cleanliness had a lot to be desired. The staff are lazy and couldn’t careless and have no sense of customer support.   After sitting around for ages with no offer of any use of the wifi, or a drink or anything I was eventually checked into the room which is quite small.   Pros:   Modern cheap hotel There are tea and coffee making facilities, There is an LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English-speaking channels   Cons:   The check in process was painfully slow Staff are very unhelpful and are very poor at their jobs  The rooms are small There is a small bar fridge which keeps things cool but not cold, The housekeeping is very poor. There were disgusting stains all over the seat/ bench in the room, There were stains on the floor and a build up of dust and muck in the corners  of the room. There was a small window which was useless as the view was  looking straight into a concrete wall, absolutely no view at all. The bathroom in the bathroom was really grotty and disgusting and it hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time.  There was mold and grime all over the floor and in the corners and on the  floor and wall tiles and all around the drain in the shower. There was a small box containing a shower cap and cotton buds and it was absolutely gross & disgusting and it was filled with a huge amount of build up of filth and muck stuck inside it, so there was no way you would dare use anything that was provided in that container. They do not provide face washers or hand towels   The cleaning was poor and it was quite disgraceful the way they had not cleaned the bathroom properly in.months, and even the glasses provided in the bathroom were not clean and you would not use them true fear of picking up some sort of sickness from the germs.   The bed was quite firm and a little uncomfortable, and maintenance was poor as the shelf beside the bed was damaged and bent down on an angle, and it would break off with any sort of pressure or weight applied to it. It was unsafe.   There were limited power sockets for changing your devices.   On the website where I booked the hotel it book the hotel it stated there was a pool and there is No pool, and the air conditioning was small and inefficient and struggled to keep the room at a comfortable cool temperature in the heat of the day.   Overall the very poor hygiene in housekeeping would put many people off of wanting to stay here. There are numerous properties all around this area at a similar price and kept much cleaner in a better condition.

Just want to stay for a night because waiting for a friend's arrival, the first impression, normal normal norms, not too much I care when I see the bed cover and bed sheet there are black stains in several spots, Given the rainy and traffic jam roads, I brought enough food supplies for lunch and dinner, when I put the shopping bag, there were flies flying there and coming back and forth.. Because my complaint moved out of the room,. Soon I asked HK to spray because it was more annoying and quickly responded well, which is very good. What is very unpleasant, when I sleep at night, I feel that someone is crawling on my body, until I find if I'm angry? Because the rash I lift the quilt and I found a cockroach!!!! Disgusting!! .. I stick cockroaches on my body when I sleep.. Auto missing a trance until early morning. After breakfast, I told my complaint and the answer was ”good ma'am, we will change rooms when this clerk know I checked out that noon” and my complaint was not at all.got response..not recommended hotel. i hope santika management can compensate for my experience dating with cockroaches.better choose another hotel..

I stayed in a pool access room while my daughter and her young family stayed in interconnecting rooms on the second floor. This was perfect for our family. The rooms at Grand La Walon are a good size and the air con in my room (Room 111) was wonderful. There is a very good choice for breakfast and staff are just wonderful. My daughter, son in law, their 3 young children and myself, spent a great deal of time in the pool. It was just superb. The hotel has a number of pool toys available and we all had heaps of fun. The staff went out of their way to play with and interact with our three young children. Beautiful people. My only area in which I feel Grand La Walon could improve, is with booking the interconnecting rooms. They were unable to confirm that my daughter and her family would be able to secure interconnecting. It wasn't until they actually arrived at the hotel, that they knew they actually had the interconnecting rooms. This was a bit tricky and my daughter almost cancelled their booking, due to this. It would be terrific Grand La Walon, if you could confirm these interconnecting rooms, well before arrival. However, apart from this, we loved our time at Grand La Walon. And many many thanks to the wonderful staff. Fantastic stuff.

Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

I felt 2x in 6 hours. 1x rooftop in front of door to lift. Floor was wet from rain and I did not see, because was dark 7 hours later in restaurant for breakfast. Was water on the floor . I did not see. Pain was big my ash and my low back. Very less support. Waitress to busy and no manager. Needed next day fysio, what I had to pay by myself. Was very disappoint. As well the next days with words no compensation

It’s the perfect place if you have an early flight - with the most comfortable bed!! Everything is nice and clean and the people are amazingly friendly. I loved how helpful and kind they all were. It’s not at the best location, as Bali has tooo many other beautiful beaches and this hotel is not situated at one of those beautiful beaches. Other than that, I can’t complain at all. I had a great evening there with an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take to the airport since I left too early to get breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Movenpick is a beautiful hotel and was our final stop on our two-week stay between Bali and Lombok. We were initially booked into the wrong room (twin, not double) but this was sorted immediately. Good selection at the breakfast buffet but I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not cooking fresh crepes for guests. All the little touches made the stay great. We were a bit let down that service was slow and it was a struggle to find two sun loungers, even when we were up early. For guests staying in the hotel after check out before getting picked up, the hotel provides a room to shower in. This can be booked at reception and is cleaned between uses. All in all, a lovely stay.
