Got room 636 this time which is a free upgrade to Deluxe. Old room as expected. The lighting for bathroom is bright so I see clearly that they don’t do a good cleaning. If you use a brush to brush around the water valve (the one you turn to close and open the lid for bathtub drainage), you will clean it better. When standing to brush my teeth, I see 2 dirty holes of the face basin in the mirror. These 2 holes are for water to flow out when basin is full. Good and powerful aircon. Good water pressure and good hot water but difficult to use. I finally figured out: I pull the plug up with one hand to keep it at up position and the other hand I turn water on. Otherwise no way water can flow to the shower head. Water boiler cannot stop and have to unplug it.
I stay for the location. Good Reception staff. Good doorman. Saw the Fitness Room when I walked down the stairs but am not sure if they are for guests at no extra charge. The Fitness Room is next to where they stock the furniture and stuff.FromSGD 20

I can't say anything negative abt this hotel. Upon arrival we were given a room in their old bldg. We requested a room change because the AC is hot provided we waited for hrs to keep the room cold. So we changed to a different room. and the room is clean. Just one thing they need to change the lavatory because there are signs of old aged. The breakfast buffet is good, meals are changed every day and it's really good. Special mention to Cindy from the resto, she is very welcoming and kind. She always smiles at guests like us . Would definitely.go back to this hotel! Location is very good. There are a lot of food stalls outside. near ARL and the btsFromSGD 57

I chose this hotel because of its location - arrive straight from Suvarnabhumi airport via Airport Rail Link (ARL), no need to take taxi or shuttle bus/coach.
For city centre, we can also take BTS Sukhumvit line at the nearby Phaya Thai station.
Breakfast here is great with so many choices and varieties. This is one of my favourite breakfast apart from the one at The Peninsula.
Room is clean and tidy and overall services are outstanding and IMHO in par with some well-known 6-star hotels.
Only complaints: No conditioner inside room or provided when requested, they only provide something called “conditioning shampoo” instead of separate shampoo and conditioner…….
Highly recommended for people looking for a convenient, value-for-money, genuine 5-star hotel at the city centre of Bangkok!FromSGD 188

wonderful hotel. it has 24h lawson and 711. near the shopping centre can walk if you are energised enough. the staff are helpful. good room.
love the lobby, the bear wears Halloween costume.
they also have a shuttle to a nearby area.
might be better if the walls under the sink are cleaned, cus i can see it a bit dirty while in the bathub.
the food could be better if it had more thai food.FromSGD 44
