Had a great experience staying in this hotel. Staff are professional and friendly, and location is excellent (right outside an exit!) Within minutes to Ginza and less than 15 minutes walk to Tsukiji. Room size could have been bigger for the price paid but it was sufficient for 2. Will stay again.

The hotel location is great. Very near to the train station, you can take the non-stop train to Narrita airport or Haneda Airport. The walk to the famous Tsukiji Market is only about 15mins. And got one of the most famous noodle place, Godaime Hanayama Udon, only 5mins walk away from hotel. In addition, they got convenient stores nearby. Oh ya, the famous shopping streets are literally 3mins walk from hotel also. With a mall nearby. (Looking at the pic that I attached, red dot mark the hotel, and I also drew out the famous shopping streets) The hotel room is consider pretty spacious compare to other hotel in Japan, and the washroom is surprisingly big. The tub is a normal size tub.

The Muji hotel has lived up to my expectations! If you are a fan of Muji products (or interested in how Muji products can be put together in a hotel room), then this is a hotel for you!! I enjoyed the room, amenities, and superb hotel location (in Ginza). The staff were friendly. However, they can be more attentive. By going downstairs, you have floors of Muji products you can purchase! One of the good things is that you don't need to go through reception each time to go to your room - which I prefer. I recommend staying here for one to two nights and trying out their breakfast or meals! :) Enjoy!

Location was alright, about 12mins walk from the JR line although there are slightly nearer metro stations so take note if you have a number of luggages. I like that they have a machine + dryer within the room for you to do laundry. The kettle was abit rusty so we bought bottled water instead. The room was pretty small but that’s expected. It won’t be able to fit >1 large suitcase. Service was good, fuss free check in and out. Lots of shopping and food available nearby. Overall a pleasant stay.

Yurakucho station is around 10 mins walk away. The area has high end brand shops like LV & Bvlgari. On Sunday they blocked traffic so that pedestrians can walk on the roads freely. Tokyo station is also nearby, a 20 mins walk away and the underground area has lots of food choices. This hotel is very cramped and small but they leave amenities for you to take freely & staff customer service is efficient & polite. Gotta but water on your own though as they don’t give you bottles of water everyday. If you’re able to afford, go for the bigger rooms so that your luggage can be put on the floor. The photos of the room in their listing looked bigger than 6-9m2 and I felt kinda cheated. But oh well, lesson learnt.

We were very impressed by the Aloft Hotel in Ginza. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the three rooms which our party stayed in were fantastic. Whoever designed the rooms should be congratulated as they offered lots of useful additions that we haven’t noticed before. For example, the magnetic bedside shelf (no more phones or iPads falling off), the hot steam iron, the fabric spray (and plenty of coat hangers), a superb shower area and the modern Toto toilet. The daily breakfast in the Warehouse was first class too! The rooms were far better than we were expecting and all the staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk from the Higashi Ginza metro (underground) station which was a relief as our party of 6 had lots of suitcases between us. And it was just a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the Imperial Palace grounds. Five star all round!!!

Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the air conditioner coming from near the entrance of the room. That's it. The humidity control is also great, but I wondered why. It's a wonderful hotel that keeps getting better and better, and makes me feel sad that it will become a distant presence.

Very conveniently located and like all Japanese hotels mostly clean and functional. Supposed to do online check in using the machine but the front office staff helped and went out of the way to help me sort out some change of hotel room when I moved from a bigger room to a smaller room (when my family left earlier). Will give 5 stars for their assistance despite not looking very friendly - they were helpful. The onsen was normal haha but given its a city hotel -wouldnt expect too much

We felt that this hotel was centrally located in Ginza and we had quick access to a lot of the shopping and attractions nearby either by walking or using the metro. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. The check in was smooth but our room was not available until 4 pm. They do offer luggage storage in the lobby and will deliver luggage to the rooms. The lobby offers a light breakfast (for a fee), a welcome coffee in the morning and they have a spring water fountain that dispenses cold water. There is also a spot in the lobby where you can grab your toiletries for your room or items for the onsen room like the yukata. There is also a pillow selection area and it might be worth getting here promptly because once they're gone they are gone! The rooms were comfy and quiet. We booked a run of the house and although our bag was originally marked to be delivered to a bigger room we got a much more compact one. We didn't mind as we had gambled when we made the choice and saved a bit because we did. The room had a large TV, a small work station and a very small bathroom. The room was still well equipped and we had a kettle, mini fridge, air purifier/humidifier, fabric freshener, spots to hang our clothes and enough room to put our large luggage without it being in the way. The bed was very comfy and we felt we got a good night's rest. The room also had good WiFi and a number of outlets including a few USB plug ins. The room had a tablet which was kind of gimmicky but could control the lights, AC or heat and the TV. There were some videos on demand including some adult content. I spent more time than I felt I should trying to figure out how to screencast and ultimately was not able to. There is an option to select a language on the tablet but some instructions are only in Japanese. We played with the tablet a bit the first night but it wasn't really needed to enjoy the room. We thought it was funny that we only got one long pillow and each day they offered one bottle of water despite the double occupancy.bit is worth while getting the pillow selection and without it we aren't sure how we would have slept. We felt for a hotel that calls itself ”premier” the one pillow and one bottle was off. The onsen for men was on the second floor and women were on the third floor. The men require no code but the women's code changes daily and you have to pick up the code from the front desk each day. They have shampoo, conditioner and body/face wash and the onsen is pretty clean but on the smaller side. Each time I went there were 4 men in the soaking bath and that is pretty much the limit. There isn't water in the onsen area but there is a vending machine and water dispenser in the hallway. The women's onsen was not as busy according to my wife but she did note there were guests that weren't aware they should have quiet conversations or none at all. There are lockers provided in the change room and clips to put on your sandals to mark them. There are no towels or wash cloths here though and you have to bring the towels from your room and the cloths can be picked up in the lobby. The laundry area was normally available and they have two washers and two dryers. It takes about half an hour each to wash and dry and they provide laundry detergent. They could use some English signage in the laundry area as it seems some people weren't sure how to use the machines like how to start or that they needed to empty the dryer lint. Each time I used the laundry machine I removed about a quarter inch of lint from the screen which shows that they aren't being properly maintained. The hotel only offers room service to rooms if you put a room service magnet on the door before 11 am. When the magnet is hung it is cleaned well and they replace the towels and bring you your one bottle.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Otherwise, it’s really value for money.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

I stayed for consecutive nights shortly before the coronavirus became popular. Is it about a 3-minute walk from the south exit of Hachioji Station? The location is good and the building is new, so you can have a comfortable stay regardless of leisure or business. The size is similar to that of a major business hotel, but I didn't really care about the narrowness because the equipment was brand new. The front desk was a young man and a woman, both of whom were full of smiles and were polite and crisp, so I was able to spend a very pleasant time. Thank you very much. Group hotels are indebted to 3, but it is very attractive that they are clean and well located, and above all, they are reasonably priced. We will stay again in the near future.

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.

This is my first time renting a residential hotel🫣🫣so I thought the code sent by Trip.com was the password to get the key. From daylight to dark😓We spent several hours but couldn’t get the key, and we couldn’t contact anyone Relevant people help 😞 When I went there, I wanted to give up at 11:00 in the evening, but I was so embarrassed that I found the customer service agent of Trip.com. Luckily, the customer service staff responded to my phone very quickly, although I finally had to get the password for me at midnight , but at least I don’t want to live on the street 🥲🥲🥲But after this experience, I will definitely not rent these hotels again. I don’t feel at ease because no one has handed over them. In the end, the hotel replied that there is a send password for me, but what I received is exactly It was only sent to me at 11:17 on the night of 2/4, and I have not received it before. On the contrary, the hotel sent to fill in all the information of the owner and the insurance related information, and I received it😞😞😞 Really disappointed, but I am used to good reviews It’s just that I feel uncomfortable when I find a problem and I don’t want to solve it immediately and I want to continue to push the problem on the other party😓

This is really about a 3-4 minute walk once you leave Tokyo Station, take Yaesu Central Exit. Once you cross the big street outside the station, it is only one block to a set of lights, left a very short ways, then right 2 or 3 doors, check in is on the 2nd floor (2F). There are signs in English high up and near the entrance. We stayed twice this trip. Check in was prompt. We had a twin room, 2 single beds. The rooms were very clean small as expected, so 2 beds worked better, nobody sleeping against the wall. Everything we needed, fridge, two pillows each (soft and hard), kettle, tea, coffee, TV, good lights, wifi, hangers, pants press, great soaps, shampoo and nice towels. Also, pajamas. There was a microwave and ice near the front desk area. We stayed a second time and the both rooms were identical except for the view. The first one had a view of building construction underway next to our hotel with a small bit open to see the weather. The second was higher up and overlooked the new building next to it. Not sure if that view will stay like that. A hotel view of a building next to it is common in Japan. We only slept and showered there so no view was no issue for us. There are 2 Family Marts and a 7-11 about 3-4 minute walk away also, plus other restos, more for the afternoon or night but there is a nice soba restaurant (Komoro Soba) that is open for breakfast which we enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful and the next time in Tokyo, we'll plan on staying there again.

The nearest subway station is Mori****a Station. There are 2 lines, Oedo Line (1) and Shinjuku Line (2). Very strategic to go anywhere. At Exit 3 Mori****a Station, there is an elevator, but the location is a bit hidden (just follow the elevator picture instructions). So, no worries if you bring a big suitcase. From Exit 1, stay on the road about 100 meters. Anyway close. . Check-in time starts at 15:00, check-out maximum 10:00. When we arrived from Osaka at 9:00, we were allowed to use the bathroom and toilet and rest in the 3rd floor lounge until waiting for check-in time. . There are many 24-hour mini-mart around the hotel such as Familymart, 1, and Lawson. Less than 100 meters, there is also a friendly Muslim restaurant called Edo-men Kumahachi, a chain with OAK HOTEL EDO. But, it feels less suitable in our tongue. The sauce is too spicy and too thick. Please try it for yourself, wonder if it fits. . OAK HOTEL EDO is a hostel but a hotel. There is only one mixed dorm room or mix dormitory containing 5 bunk beds for 10 people. The rest are all private rooms from the 1st floor to the 10th floor (of course there is an elevator). If you are more suitable for private rooms and have budget, please check yourselves on Agoda's website. The private room is various. We are eight (6 adults, 1 teenager 16 years old, 1 9 year old child) occupied a mix dorm on the 2nd floor (room 205). At that time, there were 2 other guests joining. Yes, they allow children to stay, as long as under parents' supervision so they don't bother other guests and have to pay a normal fee. . The bed and pillows were clean and soft. The sheets and blankets are clean. Can be replaced every day but must be opened by yourself. Inside the room, there are lamp lamps, one power outlet, and two USB ports. In the mix dorm room there is a window facing the street. So there is air circulation and entering the sunlight. Facilities in the room: locker, powder room alias dressing room, complete with hair dryer even polish (must borrow to the reception), hanger, slipper, and refrigerator. There is AC and heater as well. Oh yes, the Wi-Fi is very good, the room lights are off at 23:00, the between the bunk beds are very tight if you want to throw the luggage out, but we can use the corners of the hallway. The alley can also be used for a shrine spot for shaving. Shower room there are 3, complete with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels are provided for rent. WC has 2, clean. . On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen, lounge, and terrace. The cooking equipment is complete. There are 3 microwaves, 2 electric stoves, complete with a bucket, a variety of pots, a soda, dkk. We cooked garlic eggs and a boil Indomie there. There is rice cooker (we tried rice), there are 2 water heaters complete with coffee, tea and sugar. We booked the large king room which provided an extremely comfortable stay for two in Tokyo! The hostel is well situated, within a five minute walk from three different metro lines, as well as various convenience and grocery stores and restaurants. The room itself was large and comfortable, although in the winter, the floor hall remained very cold. The space is modern and clean and we only once saw anyone else on our floor. There is noise from outside the building (most notably a bell that chimed at 4:30 pm), but we were able to get excellent sleep. We stayed on the seventh floor, which only had female showers, but it was not a problem to go down one flight for the male showers. The cafe provides delicious breakfast options, from a full breakfast plate to granola or a pastry. They also have decaf, which can be more difficult to find in Tokyo. The downstairs lounge is stylish and comfortable with wonderful drink and snack items (we did not have a full dinner) as well as an excellently curated playlist. Finally, the staff was always polite, helpful, welcoming, and warm! Citan is highly recommended if you do not mind sharing a shower and bathroom with others.

It is 10 minutes from the insane part of SHINJUKU station, so it's really wonderful to be close but not besieged with all that hyperstimulation. The walk is easy as it is on a main street, so you can’t get lost. Like the other MIMARUs we stayed at, this was fairly new and wonderfully clean. The lay-out is really nice as all 4 of us had some privacy. It was roomy for a sitting area, dining set, and a small kitchen (well-stocked, although we didn’t use). No view but we were on the second floor. The beds were comfy, and the kids each had a large bunk berth (probably bigger than a capsule hotel, yet had lighting and USB inside). Any family who prizes having a good bed (you are going to need it after all the walking in Tokyo) would have a really good stay.

Great hotel in a quieter area of Tokyo. The popular Akihabara neighbourhood is within walking distance. Check-in process was easy and staff were helpful. Room was clean, quiet and nice. It had air conditioning, a mini fridge and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a laundry area with washing machines and dryers. No laundry detergent needed as the machine automatically dispenses it. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I recommend going to the breakfast area on the earlier side as it gets very busy from 8-9:30. Convenience stores, cafes, and a grocery store are all nearby, along with 3 train/subway stations that allow you to easily get around Tokyo. We stayed 4 nights at the Mimaru Tokyo Hatchoburi when we travelled to Tokyo for a holiday in June 2023. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us, and the bunk beds were an absolute delight for our two children who are aged 7yo and 5yo. There was a small dining area which I really appreciated because it provided a nice space for us to have meals at, and for the kids to be at when they colour/draw/play. As we have young children, the little kitchenette was a great plus. Location wise, the apartment hotel is a mere 3-5 mins walk to Hatchoburi Station which provided direct lines to Tokyo Station, Tsukiji Outer Market and Ginza. There are also a few convenience stores (including 7-Eleven) and eateries very nearby. There is a soba shop just at Exit 5B of the train station and I found their soba really delicious and not expensive at all. All in all, we had a super pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend if you are travelling as a family and need the extra beds. Will be staying again when we holiday next in Tokyo!

I admit, I was nervous about staying here, having read a lot of negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. The hostel was clean and quiet, in a great location (close to Shinjuku, with other stations nearby). As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

As a facility, I am very grateful for the microwave oven and the hot water heater in the room. The bed was also comfortable. The TV is very large for the room, so it was just good to go down to the bed and go down to the window... The toilet seat is fitted to the body and comfortable. The body was narrow when standing on the washbasin (the toilet bowl (seat) immediately on the right hand of the bathtub)...So it was hard to wash the face. There are glasses and mags, but there are no cutlery such as cherry blossoms and spoons, so I thought it would have been good to check in advance.

The entrance to the house is very hard to find! There are many lines, dragging luggage will be a bit tired It belongs to a very old building, it is not soundproof and there is only one toilet. It is inconvenient for 7 people to live in a bath! The whole is to sleep for one night a day.

I stayed here alone on a trip. The room was also very beautiful and had a feeling of cleanliness. There are also necessary amenities in the lobby, As soon as you leave the hotel, there is a 24-hour supermarket and convenience store, which is very convenient. Even when I used it on a Saturday, it was a good value for money. It's a little far from Tokyo Station, but if I have the chance, I would definitely use it again, so I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this room. The room was excellent with its cleanliness and the staff members were incredibly friendly. The location was also perfect, offering convenience and accessibility. However, we must mention that there was a minor issue with the hot water pot as it had a water leakage problem. Despite reporting the issue, it unfortunately remained unresolved. Nevertheless, apart from this small inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful room and ideal location.

We arrived Haneda Airport around mid-night, so we book this hotel that near to the airport just 10min by taxi about 2000 yen, room is clean and two beds are standard size. Hotel provides shuttle bus to the airport, but very limited seats are available. Hotel nearby has an underground that is quite convenience. Check out at 10:00am is too early for us just arrived the Hotel at 2am in the morning, if late check out it will have additional charges, not so user friendly. Hotel staff are very friendly and nice, hotel also provides a simple Japanese style breakfast box that taste is OK

The very convenient self-service allowed me, who arrived in Japan in the early morning, to find a place to stay very close to me immediately. Although it was a youth hostel, the compartments were highly concealed, and earplugs and other supplies were thoughtfully prepared. You can see the care!

It's a little far from the downtown area, so you have to change from Nakano Fujimicho Station to Taya Shibuya Ginza Tokyo Station two or three times, but it was quiet and there was a pretty Gaecheon-gil in front of the station, so it was nice to take a walk. The hostel was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and it was too cold at night to be in February with one air conditioner ㅜㅜ Convenience stores, moss burgers, bakery (really delicious) are crowded around the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes. I am willing to visit again in the season, not in winter ^^

Located a few minutes walk from Takashima Fudo Station. It is a retro atmosphere, and the lobby makes you feel the age in the room as a swamp, but the water is renovated and beautiful. Auto lock and electric system is key inserted type. Wi-fi complete. There is also a wired LAN. I went to the telework plan, but I was able to spend it firmly.
