I love Besikah and will stay there again because of the location , the helpfulness of staff, great breakfast and so clean, however not in a standard room due to the bathroom. I am a bit old to be stepping over a bath to have a shower and the actual bath had rust stains and some mould.

The staff at Vila Shanti were all very helpful and friendly. The room was simple but clean, the bed quite firm but comfortable enough. I requested softer pillows and they supplied them for me. They could do with having some extra things in the room like a bottle opener, safes and bins with lids in the bathrooms. They could also do with more loungers around the pool, although the shape of the pool area makes this a bit difficult to accomplish. People 'saving' their loungers for hours at a time was also quite frustrating and so the pool attendant should be monitoring this I feel. Aside from these minor things, the location is amazing, right in the middle of Sanur and right on the beach. The view of Mount Agung is breath taking. Overall, I am very happy with the value and service.

Griya was wonderful and located in a beautiful part of Sanur. Close to restaurants and a bit of shopping. The staff were amazing and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. Would definitely return and enjoy another relaxing holiday.

The cost performance is convenient because the coast is close and the main road is close, so you can easily go to the nearby supermarket. Amenity, breakfast at this price, breakfast at this price, there is no way to do it, and there are many restaurants and warungs in the neighborhood, so I thought that choice was the best. It's too narrow for ”relaxing and vague” on the premises. Walk to the beach and think there is a state of thought there. If you want a private beach or tranquility, it may be different ...

Always friendly and helpful staff at Puri Sading. Currently work is being done to renovate the restaurant which is at the front of the hotel, but this didn't affect our stay as rooms are at the back. Garden, as always, beautifully maintained. Staff constantly cleaning. Would highly recommend.

Incredible hotel to end our holiday in Bali. Upon arrival we were welcomed with cooling towels, welcome drink and 3 chimes on the gong we were taken swiftly to our room - 23. (There was some confusion when we originally booked so this was not the room we chose originally, the photos on the website do not do this room any justice) Entering through narrow doors into a small private garden, steps up to a covered dining area with spiral steps up to a lounge/bedroom if required. Through another set of narrow doors into our bedroom and WOW - 4 poster bed, large chair and table, outside bathtub - very romantic. Warning the water was EXCEPTIONALLY hot. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, service, food, cleanliness, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a 1 night stay or a 2 week holiday. Perfect place for relaxation and we didn't want to leave. Thank you for the most wonderful 5 nights

Excellent rate for a beach front hotel, large bright room surrounded by lovely tropical garden, great bathroom, very clean, cleaners came every day and left bottled water, TV working with international Chanel, pool was small for swimming but with the sea outside it wasn't an issue, breakfast was buffet style with eggs if wanted, something for everyone, a nice small resort, I loved it.

I had an amazing time at The Pavilions Bali! I stayed in a villa with a private pool, and I absolutely loved everything about the place. From the handmade villa name to the boho decoration, comfortable bed, amazing pool, and bathroom with an outdoor bath, every detail was perfect. Additionally, the location is excellent, being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I also booked an afternoon tea and a cooking class, and both experiences were fantastic! It's a beautiful place if you're looking for a relaxing holiday

This would be my 5th stay at this resort. The only reason we keep coming here is due to awesome hospitality shown by their staff. The location of the resort adds further value to this. A special shout out to Kutith (if I have got his name right), the bar/kitchen manager near pool. A good person with great work ethics to make sure guests have a good time at resort. The reason I have given 4 star out of 5 is due to below - The rooms are in super need for renovations. Everything in room is starting to become worn out & non functional. We had few lights not working. The balcony door never closed properly, the toilet door had issues and we had water leakage happening from aircon on our last day of stay. The situation was same during our visit in Dec 2022, however as it was recent opening after Covid lockdown, I gave them a benefit of doubt then. Overall, good people & location.... but rooms need renovations...

We stayed in a one bedroom villa with private pool for 8 nights up to 05/09/22. This is our second stay, with our last stay in 2019 pre Covid. The accomodation is dated but the online photos are a good representation of the level of accomodation. Unfortunately, since Covid some standards have dropped, not just at this location, and there were a few maintenance and cleaning issues that we raised with management, and these were quickly acknowledged and addressed by the wonderful staff. Please note that the onsite restaurant has not yet re-opened since Covid and as a result, the breakfast menu is limited and of a basic standard, and the previously offered complimentary afternoon tea is not yet available. The location is great in JL Bumi Ayu directly behind the Main Street JL Tamblingan and the all the great restaurants Sanur has to offer. On a Saturday night we could just hear the live music from one of the restaurants but only just, and the complex is in a quiet location, yet close to all the action. The villa has a vehicle with complimentary transport service for around town as needed, however we liked to walk all around town. The bed was what we would call comfortable (firm) with the option of a ceiling fan or split system air con for cooling, walk around robe, full ensuite with bath and shower and double basin, undercover outdoor lounge area with TV and dining table, (the lounge itself was not comfortable and could be upgraded), full kitchen facilities including full size fridge and bottled water, and of course the private pool with gazebo and direct access back into the ensuite for a shower. Really great facilities for a couple.

Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

I felt 2x in 6 hours. 1x rooftop in front of door to lift. Floor was wet from rain and I did not see, because was dark 7 hours later in restaurant for breakfast. Was water on the floor . I did not see. Pain was big my ash and my low back. Very less support. Waitress to busy and no manager. Needed next day fysio, what I had to pay by myself. Was very disappoint. As well the next days with words no compensation

It’s the perfect place if you have an early flight - with the most comfortable bed!! Everything is nice and clean and the people are amazingly friendly. I loved how helpful and kind they all were. It’s not at the best location, as Bali has tooo many other beautiful beaches and this hotel is not situated at one of those beautiful beaches. Other than that, I can’t complain at all. I had a great evening there with an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take to the airport since I left too early to get breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Movenpick is a beautiful hotel and was our final stop on our two-week stay between Bali and Lombok. We were initially booked into the wrong room (twin, not double) but this was sorted immediately. Good selection at the breakfast buffet but I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not cooking fresh crepes for guests. All the little touches made the stay great. We were a bit let down that service was slow and it was a struggle to find two sun loungers, even when we were up early. For guests staying in the hotel after check out before getting picked up, the hotel provides a room to shower in. This can be booked at reception and is cleaned between uses. All in all, a lovely stay.
