Hotel Malibran map

The hotel is well located for the Rialto bridge, that is its main attribute. It is old, as expected, and the rooms/bathroom/lift are all showing their age, but with such a building there is inevitably a difficulty in modernising it and holidaymakers should expect this. We did not eat evening meals in the restaurant, with so much choice around us, but had the continental breakfast -  average, not worth changing your plans for, carbs, carbs, and more carbs. All in all, I would stay there again, for the location

Decent hotel with basic amenities and an acceptable location. Room was clean but dated, and service was average. Suitable for a short stay, though improvements could enhance overall comfort.

Everyone, from the concierge to housekeeping, kitchen staff, and waiters, works with genuine warmth. You’re greeted with smiles, and you can tell they’re proud of what they do. Special thanks to Salvo at the front desk. He’s a standout. Speaks multiple languages, including Chinese. Professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He gave me a personalized trip plan, listed local spots worth visiting, and never got tired of my questions. Rare to find this level of care. The room: clean, compact, and comfortable. Good enough for working online without any issues. The included breakfast is decent: breads, cheeses, hams, and cold cuts. Drink choices are solid too. The hotel is close to Rialto Bridge, which means the area’s prices can be high, but the convenience and access are unbeatable. Would absolutely stay again. The staff alone make it worth it.

Very disappointing experience. The room was bare, with almost no furnishings — just an old TV and a small refrigerator that barely worked. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, and no iron were available, which made the stay inconvenient. The bathroom had terrible water pressure, and mosquitoes were more common than guests. Breakfast was extremely limited — one type of boiled egg, a few slices of cheese and meat, and basic toast. The single elevator stopped working during the stay, adding to the frustration. The hotel felt rundown, noisy, and neglected. For the price, it’s absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend staying here.
