Overall the facilities and location are perfect. The lobby cleanliness are good and the breakfast is good too. However the bed can be improved and the cleanliness of bedsheet and towels can also be replaced if there are dirt or old. I booked deluxe twin plus room, the bed type are not comfortable to sleep. It was imbalance on its surface. There is cockroach suspected came in from outside or toilet. So the cleanliness can be improved. The staff are friendly and they have did their duty in a good manner. They make the guests feel comfortable during the stay.

Great hotel for Melaka! Old baba nyonya house converted! Still kept some of the features. They even provided old coins as a token for welcome drinks. Rooms were clean and provided most common amenities! Room a tad small, would be good to provide a coach area. Car park insuffient for all guests but understandable for such prime area, able to find spots in surrounding. The bar kept running out of ingredients for cocktails etc, could improve. The toilet at the lobby could be cleaned more frequently. Breakfasts were generally well, especially the local delicacies!

The balcony room is very good, not noisy at all, because it is not the main road, the room space is large enough. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant has a strange taste, as if there are any small animals. The small pool on the roof terrace is also very comfortable. It is recommended to go up at 6 o'clock. ～ There is a movie screening at about 8 o'clock on weekend nights. ～

The price is not bad, the hotel is very Nanyang style, the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese, check in and send two coins, you can change the drink at the front desk, the breakfast area is a bit crowded, there are many guests, others are not bad.

The hotel belongs to the renovation and decoration of the old house. Why is the environment not good? Because the room assigned is on the road, I saw earplugs when I entered the door, but the sound insulation of the window was very poor. At 12:00 in the evening, there were motorcycles flying by and the noise was very loud.
