I have been struggling whether to book a few days at the Metropark Hotel for a vacation, so I booked one day to try it out. As soon as I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's environment and service. I stayed for 2 more days at night. We had a pleasant 4-day and 3-night holiday at the Metropark. Special thanks to the supervisor at the service desk, who was serious, careful, and patient in helping our group of 9 people. The room in Building 2 is not only large in size, but also has a balcony, where you can see the rain and fog in the distant mountains, which is very beautiful. It is so enjoyable to soak in the hot springs in the infinity pool on the top of the mountain at night. The buffet breakfast has many varieties and is rich.

This hotel's location is absolutely amazing! You open the door and there's the 'Shaiqiu Square' (Autumn Sun-drying Square) view right there – a prime photo spot! The hotel has its own dedicated parking and access for guests. Since we drove, the hotel arranged a shuttle for us, and the service was excellent. The staff were also very friendly. Breakfast is included and it was incredibly rich and varied, exceeding our expectations. We were very satisfied with our stay!

I stayed for two consecutive nights, and the hotel's location made getting around very convenient. Walking around the hotel felt like a scenic tour in itself. The front desk manager was incredibly helpful and always responsive to any requests! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! All the hotel staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The environment is also fantastic, and most importantly, it's clean and hygienic. For the price, staying at this hotel is truly excellent value for money. I'll certainly return if I have the chance.

The room is relatively large. It is said that this hotel was invested by the emperor. It is divided into the main building and the apartment building. The apartment building is just opposite. The apartment building is cheaper and the main building is more convenient. The equipment in the main building is okay in all aspects, but it is relatively Yu said that the price of this kind of package is not low at 600 yuan, but the two questionnaires are okay anyway. If you want to go to the Longxi Secret Land and go into some canyons, uh, you can go shopping if you want to, but it doesn't really matter.

Opening the window, I was greeted by rolling green waves. The fresh scent of vegetation and mountain springs lingered in my nose, making even breathing a pleasure. The most surprising thing was the guest room. The moment I opened the door, I felt a sense of spaciousness. The oversized space felt completely effortless, the soft furnishings exuded a subtle quality, and the bedding felt as soft as sinking into clouds. Even the viewing balcony was furnished with rattan chairs. Sitting there in the morning, watching the mountain mist dissipate, was a true moment of serendipitous tranquility. The service was truly heartwarming: as soon as I got off the bus, a staff member came to carry my luggage and offered warm ginger tea upon check-in. I wanted to borrow a charger that evening, and the attendant not only brought it quickly but also thoughtfully provided a nightlight. When I encountered a staff member while soaking in the hot springs, they proactively pointed out which pool was the most suitable for me. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. Spending two days here, even the pace slowed down. Daytime walks in the forest, the air so fresh you couldn't help but breathe in more; evenings soaking in hot springs as the sun set over the crimson mountaintops; and nights drifting off to the sound of insects. With such beautiful scenery, good air, excellent service, and a comfortable stay, this place is truly a place you'll want to stay again and again!

Visited Wentang Town for a hot spring escape. The room was spotless, and having a private hot spring tub right in the room was fantastic. The selenium-rich water left my skin feeling wonderfully smooth. There's also a larger hot spring center downstairs. The hotel's location at the entrance of Wentang Town is very convenient for dining and shopping, yet it's surprisingly quiet. We didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on the restaurant's food. Overall, very satisfied.

The room rates in the off-season are very attractive and the hot spring rooms are great value. The service staff are very enthusiastic, but their enthusiasm is just empty talk and their service awareness needs to be improved. The hygiene situation really needs to be improved. The quilt cover has stains, the room smells musty, and there are water stains on the faucet, but I can tolerate all of these. But there was a big bug in the dish for dinner, which was really disgusting. The waiter was very nice and explained to me that it was just a bug in the peppers and had nothing to do with it. With such a big food safety issue, doesn’t the hotel have any training?

From the red Hanfu lady who checked in at the front desk, to the young lady who was responsible for checking breakfast, to the aunt who was doing sanitation and water delivery, to the staff of the marketing department who assisted us in Gaode's cancellation of the room. The service of this hotel is really heartwarming. Although many facilities in the hotel are not open, their warm heart service makes up a lot. The parent-child room is very large, and a parent-child room was originally set up. The family living in the parent-child room is also very surplus. Five-star praise. I hope that the development will get better and better and the facilities will become more and more perfect.

Service: The front desk is quite polite, there are not many guests to help upgrade the room for free, the waiter's service attitude is quite good, and they will take the initiative to say hello when they meet. If you need it in the room, you will be on call. In short, it is a quite satisfactory stay experience
