Must-stay for families with kids! My child absolutely loved the water park. The in-room hot spring was also great. Even though it was a holiday and crowded, everything was well-organized. The bedding was soft, and staff member 0040 was incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our luggage and taking us to the underground parking. We'll definitely bring the elders next time. This resort is highly recommended for hot springs in winter!

Our family of five (three kids) stayed at Sky Island for three days, and we were absolutely blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality. Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated). We will definitely come back again — not just once — and we’ll bring our friends with us next time!

I booked a parent-child villa with a separate ocean ball pool and slides. The children liked it very much. There is also a separate hot spring pool to soak. The service is very good, responsive, pick up and drop off in time wherever you go, the butler is very good. The restaurant dishes are not too much, but the taste is not bad. Breakfast is self-service, you can feed the giraffe, 20 yuan a carrot. If you are not driving by yourself, you must make an appointment early, and you can't call a car temporarily. This hotel is really good, you can bring your children to play

I'm a travel agency manager, and I was in Hubei to scout locations and prepare for summer and next year's products. I've stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns and have long-term partnerships with several, but this time the experience was really poor. 1. I booked a king room upon check-in, but the front desk gave me a twin room. I only realized this when I got to the room and had to go back to the front desk. 2. I needed to store my bioactive medication in a refrigerator, but the staff seemed completely unaware of the refrigerator's capabilities. I had to research the brand myself, manually move the refrigerator out of the cabinet, plug it in, and adjust the temperature. 3. The hotel breakfast was also quite poor, worse than a Ji Hotel. They didn't even have spoons for porridge; we had to ask a staff member for two before they brought us any. Many dishes were empty, and the yogurt was almost expired. The breakfast selection was very limited. 4. When we checked out, we were out scouting and didn't return to our room until around 1 PM. Because it was past midnight, we needed to reactivate our room key to clean up. After the front desk activated it, we arrived at the room door only to find it wasn't actually activated, so we had to go back. We were already pressed for time, and this added almost 10 minutes to the delay. 5. We found hair on the bed after checking in last night!! Overall, the Hampton Inn itself has branded facilities and decor, which are fine. However, the operation and service at this location are terrible.

This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

The room was great, and my kids loved all the little touches. The environment is really nice, the service is attentive, and parking is super convenient, especially with the charging stations. We had a really good stay. My kids didn't want to leave at check-out, but the front desk kindly extended it until 2 PM, so we got to enjoy the hot springs until the evening. Highly recommended!

I originally booked a twin room (Jin Sui type), but wasn't too keen on the view. After speaking with them, they upgraded me to a suite and gave me a Huazhu membership card, which was a pleasant surprise! There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but it was resolved quickly, and the service was really good. My child also loved the room's decor. We went to the hot springs twice. The package included breakfast and skiing, but I couldn't go due to not feeling well, so I just relaxed at the hotel, which was quite comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We also visited a nearby amusement park. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely come back next time – hopefully for another room upgrade! Haha! 😝

The price of 588 with breakfast during Chinese New Year was absolutely unbeatable. The room was built right by the water, with a balcony overlooking the lake – almost like a semi-overwater bungalow. The top floor had a high, pointed roof. The power outlets were well-designed, with both USB-A and USB-C ports, so you don't even need to bring your own charger. It was very quiet at night, perfect for stargazing. Even just a weekend stay here would be incredibly comfortable. There was a gentleman at the front desk with glasses who seemed to be working tirelessly whenever I saw him, whether it was 11 PM or 7 AM. He was quick to resolve issues and proactively helped with luggage. There's a small kids' playground with well-maintained facilities. I highly recommend trying the breakfast; both the variety and presentation were excellent, a great way to start your day. Perhaps they should consider adding the evening show to the package deal in the future?
