The tree house is surrounded by green trees, as if it is in the embrace of nature, with a quiet environment and fresh air. The room is uniquely designed, fully equipped, and meticulously detailed. The service staff is enthusiastic and thoughtful, which makes people feel warm. Here, we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy true tranquility and comfort. Whether it is the birdsong in the early morning or the starry sky at night, it is intoxicating. This stay experience was perfect and we are very satisfied. Lovely place! An oasis of peace nature and tranquility in urban region. We booked this hotel due to proximity to airport not knowing that it is a animal nature attraction. The location is remote and next to the lake with well appointed rooms excellent food and exceptionally kind restaurant staff and management. Employee 221 was even so kind to take us to airport himself once we explained how important is for us to get to airport in time and how concerned we are that as foreigners we may not be able to request taxi or didi in time. Overall I would recommend this hotel without reserve for families and business travellers alike. It is restful in nature and with kind people.

This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

I've never seen a hotel with so many extra charges. If you want a decent hairdryer, you have to stay in a 1000+ RMB suite. Rooms under 1000+ RMB only come with the oldest hairdryers. Bathrobes in the room cost an additional 20 RMB each. To enter the hot spring center, you have to pay extra, even though the hotel states that the pool and kids' play area are inside the hot spring center – you still need to pay to get in. Once inside, you're required to wear a uniform, but you have to buy it separately, and the matching socks also cost extra. What's more, the women's pools in the hot spring center were empty. Some pools in the lobby, like the fish therapy pool, also require an additional fee, and both adults and children need to pay separately. Of course, food and drinks are extra too. Basically, once you check into this hotel, you'll be constantly paying for things, one after another. Even emergency items like swimming rings by the pool cost extra. With so many charges, you'd expect good service, but there were no lifeguards by the pool, although there was always a staff member watching over the paid fish therapy pool. People were constantly smoking indoors, and the whole air was filled with second-hand smoke. The air conditioning wasn't on, so everyone felt stuffy. In the rest area, people were playing loud audio on their phones, making it impossible to relax. The buffet was so bad I wouldn't eat there again. Overall, the hotel environment is new and comfortable, and the room cleanliness and service are good. However, the constant, step-by-step charges really dampen the mood. All in all, I hope hotels in my hometown improve and optimize, so as not to waste such good facilities.

Apologies for the late review, but I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I accidentally booked a twin room when I made the reservation, so I called to change it to a king room. The hotel staff, a lovely and kind young lady, not only changed it for me but even upgraded our room! Our room faced the lake and the Ferris wheel, which my girlfriend and I absolutely loved. Both the indoor and outdoor hot springs were very clean, and the service was excellent. The young lady we met at breakfast was also incredibly friendly. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I wholeheartedly give it a big thumbs up! 👍

The rooms were very clean, and the children loved them, cheering as soon as they entered. Most importantly, they didn't take the elevator; they climbed up and slid down the slide every day. The butler service was exceptional, always responsive and thoughtful. They even gave us a souvenir when we left and escorted us to our car. We will definitely stay here again. This place is fantastic for family trips with kids. You can play in the snow, enjoy the sun on the second floor of the guesthouse, and there's a playground and beach/water sports nearby. The best part is that everything is very affordable. A relaxing weekend getaway; both the seniors and children had a great time. The restaurant was also very good and deserves a positive review. A truly exceptional resort experience.

This is my first time reviewing a guesthouse, and it deserves a perfect 10 out of 10! Everything from the environment, decor, cleanliness, to the service was excellent. It was quiet and the scenery was absolutely stunning. I was incredibly lucky to see both rainy and sunny days. My vacation was limited, so I only stayed for two days, and that was only at the guesthouse. Next time, I definitely want to stay longer. I ate all my meals at the guesthouse, and they were all delicious – no disappointments! The chef's skills are truly excellent. (The guesthouse's complimentary breakfast, check-in fruit, snacks, and tea were all great. PS: The receptionist was incredibly sweet and beautiful, and her attitude was superb. She even upgraded my room – thank you so much! 💕💕) Work is usually stressful, but here, I could quietly do nothing, breathe in the fresh air, and look at the mountains and trees. It was so relaxing! (I sincerely hope the owner keeps it up!)
