Hot Springs Hotels in Hainan, China

This hotel is great, it's my second time here. Soon after checking in, a butler contacted me and sent me information about the hotel's activities and specific schedules for kids' programs. They also provided very detailed information on transportation and things to do on the island, which saved us a lot of hassle. Special requests were also promptly and well-responded to. The service this time was even better than my first visit. I'll definitely contact Butler Jinjing again when I go back. [rose][rose] However, regarding the facilities, the big slide behind the hotel was out of order, and the children's activity area has shrunk. I hope they'll reopen it in the future.

A five-star hotel, highly recommended! It's built into the hillside, offering a beautiful and pleasant environment. Dining in the sunroom, surrounded by lush greenery, was absolutely delightful. In the mornings, you can go for a run in or around the hotel, and in the evenings, unwind in the hot springs. We also enjoyed the coconut chicken at the hotel restaurant – a truly wonderful vacation experience. My only regret is that the outdoor pool water was a bit cold in January, so swimming wasn't an option. The occupancy seemed quite high, and the staff were patient and attentive. Even though it's not far to walk, you can call for an electric buggy every time you go in or out. This is an ideal rainforest getaway in central Hainan.

Whenever I want to eat seafood, I always like to go to Maniao. The first choice for staying is Lingao Country Garden Golden Beach. The hotel should have been opened for more than ten years. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the service level is excellent. This year, it was quite unexpected that a staff member contacted me in advance the day before check-in, and arranged a room for me in advance and upgraded it. Thank you very much. I hope that the service level can be maintained for a long time. There are not many good hotels on the west line of Hainan.

Our first stop on our Hainan road trip was Haikou, and we chose the Rongshengliao, known for its beautiful sunset views. After seeing the reviews for Duoyu Xi Homestay, we booked two nights there. Every morning, the beautiful sunshine bathed the beach, and my family absolutely loved it. We spent most of our mornings enjoying the stunning beach scenery or indulging in the restaurant's abundant breakfast. The housekeeper, both the young lady and gentleman, were incredibly enthusiastic. They helped with directions, carried our luggage, and consistently asked if we needed anything – truly thoughtful!

This resort is perfect for families, offering a tranquil and delightful experience. You can catch the sunrise over the ocean right from your room's balcony in the morning, with only the sound of the waves for company. During the day, there's no need to leave the hotel; the winding garden paths and hammocks provide the perfect relaxation. In the afternoon, you can soak in the hot spring pool facing the sea, letting your body and mind completely unwind. As the sun sets, the gentle sea breeze and the twinkling hotel lights create an exceptionally warm atmosphere. The staff member CZ was incredibly kind and attentive, even arranging a heater for us when the temperature dropped. Highly recommend!

The hotel is about a 25-minute drive from Haikou East Railway Station. It is a large resort mainly designed for golf visitors. The hot spring pools are located very close to the hotel building and stay open until 11 p.m. The breakfast starts as early as 6 a.m., which is convenient for early risers or guests catching a morning flight. The location is not very convenient, as the nearest shopping mall is about a 20-minute drive away. We booked a room for three adults, but the hotel only provided two complimentary entries to the hot spring pools. The third guest had to pay 88 RMB. Since the booking clearly included three adults, it would have been a nice gesture for the hotel to extend complimentary access for all three. Overall, it’s a spacious resort with enjoyable hot springs.

During breakfast at the Chinese restaurant, we had the pleasure of being served by a wonderfully attentive staff member, Ms. Xu Wenru. Her warm service made our entire dining experience exceptionally pleasant. As soon as we entered, she greeted us with a smile and escorted us to our table with great care. Throughout the meal, she promptly refilled our tea and water, keenly observing our needs. Noticing my fondness for the restaurant's chili sauce, she proactively brought an extra small dish of it to me, saying with a smile, ”It looks like you really enjoy this, so I've brought you a bit more for dipping.” This small gesture made us feel incredibly welcomed. Even more touching was when my mother and I were about to take a photo together with our phones. Ms. Xu Wenru immediately noticed our intention. She approached us and softly asked, ”Would you like me to take a picture for you?” After taking the phone, she not only patiently adjusted the angle but also thoughtfully reminded us to straighten our appearance. She took several continuous shots until we were satisfied. Her friendly smile throughout the process was truly refreshing. Throughout the entire breakfast, she maintained her full enthusiasm, being observant and diligent, and treated other guests with the same politeness and thoughtfulness. This genuine positive attitude and meticulous service awareness made us feel truly at home. Such a service experience went far beyond ordinary dining, allowing us to start our new day in a great mood. We sincerely thank Ms. Xu Wenru for her warm service, and we also thank the restaurant for fostering such an excellent employee!

Found a gem of a hotel! The beachfront location is absolutely stunning. Open the balcony door of the room and you're greeted by the deep blue sea. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. There are two swimming pools: a family-friendly area with water slides and a peaceful, relaxing adult-only section. In just a few minutes walk, you can feel the fine sand beneath your feet. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of options. Our butler, Serena, was incredibly attentive, always ready to help and fulfilling every request during our stay. She truly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back if we get the chance!

I booked this room for my daughter and her family's vacation back home, and the experience exceeded all expectations. It was my daughter's first time vacationing in Haikou, and she fell in love with the city right from the moment she arrived at the hotel. The hotel's location is remarkably quiet amidst the bustling city, yet it's only a river away from the lively downtown. The hotel boasts excellent amenities, including hot springs, a swimming pool, dining options, and a children's playground, making it a perfect spot for a family getaway. If you prefer peace and quiet, you can easily enjoy all three meals without leaving the hotel. But if you want to experience Haikou's vibrant atmosphere, the hotel is just a bridge away from Haidian Island and the Qilou Old Street. Five days was the perfect length for our vacation. The hotel service was absolutely superb! We received exceptional treatment from the lovely front desk ladies, Benny, and the handsome gentleman, Mavis. We even got a surprise baby backpack! My two-year-old granddaughter was overjoyed and literally flying with happiness, showing off her cool new bag all day long! Goodbye, Haikou, we'll be back, and next time, we'll definitely stay at Pullman again!

Beautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room). Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it. So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!). Ps Own farm and plants are amazing!
