Location: Situated within the ancient city, it's perfect for exploring and dining. The Nanyang-style decor is delightful, and you can truly feel the thought put into the design details. However, there are a few minor imperfections. For instance, the faucets and shower fixtures are silver; if they were brass or antique bronze, it would better complement the overall aesthetic. Also, a wooden or Nanyang-style table on the terrace would fit better. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good, with no strange smells or debris. The bedding was also quite comfortable. Service: There's a shuttle service, and the butler was very responsive. One of the lucky perks of visiting during the off-season and on a weekday was getting a room upgrade, which allowed us to better experience the charm of a Southern Fujian courtyard. A special shout-out to the butler for enhancing our experience! Facilities: The wet/dry separation in the bathroom isn't very effective. There's only a half-fixed door without a sliding door, so water tends to splash into the dry area. Additionally, the bathroom door lacks a wall or floor stopper, so it can't be kept open, which is a minor inconvenience for ventilation (especially when heading out or needing to air out the room quickly). Overall, I'd rate this stay 4.8 out of 5. I hope you take these suggestions to heart and continue to improve.

Nestled within an old alley, this courtyard inn exudes elegance and charm. It beautifully captures the gentle sophistication and rich history of Fuzhou, with its scholarly ambiance woven into every detail. From the dark tiled roofs and intricate window carvings to the lacquerware and fragrant books, every step unveils a poetic scene. The service is warm and refined, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It truly feels like living within a beautiful landscape, offering both tranquility and comfort. The butler service is attentive, and the meals are delicious. Finding such a serene escape in the bustling city made this trip truly worthwhile.

Hotel is located in the old town and within walking distance to the street for hailing the cab. They also provide shuttle service to the east gate of the old town. The old town is very charming and pleasant to explore, shop and eat. The hotel room is very clean and tidy. Room outside has balcony to overlook the street. The staff are very helpful to attend our questions, especially provide clear instructions to get to the hotel. We enjoy our stay very much.

Traveling with a child, I opted for a newer hotel, and it was quite clean. I booked two rooms, and both were upgraded – getting an upgrade for an extended stay is a real plus, especially since the hotel proactively offered it. The rooms are spacious with a very practical design. There's a robot that delivers packages quickly, so no waiting around. Since I didn't book breakfast, I can't comment on the dining, but I might try it next time. All the staff were excellent. They spoke in a very calm and unhurried manner, which was nice, haha. There was a female staff member named Xiaomi, and a tall male staff member whose name I don't recall, who was usually at the front desk – both were very patient and good.

Facilities: Fully equipped with a comfortable gym and indoor pool! Free laundry service is available, but the washer and dryer can be in high demand. Cleanliness: Very good. Ambiance: Truly five-star, with a sprawling property, two levels of underground parking, and ample above-ground parking. Service: Excellent! 👍 Thanks for the upgrade! There's a state-run Pien Tze Huang store on the first floor, and the breakfast is also good! The bathtub is comfortable. I'd love to visit again!

When the hotel first opened, I saw a video about it, so when I came to Zhangzhou this time, I chose to stay here. Good aspects: The environment is indeed excellent, with a large footprint. The hotel as a whole is grand, and the greenery and views are very pleasant. Soundproofing is decent, and the rooms and public areas are clean. The complimentary sweet soup was delicious, and the fruit was fresh and thoughtful. No strange smells. The parking lot is spacious and clean. Areas for improvement: 1. During check-in, the front desk was aware that three people, including one child, would be staying in the room, but they didn't ask if we needed extra toiletries, nor were any provided in the room. 2. Throughout our stay, we encountered several staff members, but surprisingly, only four of them actively greeted guests: the young man who delivered disposable cups that evening, the cleaning lady (PA) in the public restroom in the lobby the next day, the staff member in charge of the coffee machine at breakfast, and one front desk staff member during check-out. Many others we saw simply walked past us. 3. The room (5320) had insufficient power outlets. Of the few available, the one at the bar counter was not only unusable, but the entire panel was about to fall off when unplugging something. Additionally, the small desk lacked a tabletop outlet, only having one on the floor, which required crouching to use. 4. The floor of the shower stall and the outer floor were basically at the same level, and the drainage trench was shallow. When showering, water would overflow, which was a bit awkward. 5. As other guests mentioned online, the souvenir was indeed 'invisible' and required guests to ask for it. When we checked out, it was Mid-Autumn Festival, and the staff member offered a fan as a gift, which differed from what other guests reportedly received. It also had lower relevance and brand coherence. 6. The Ctrip benefits included a free Didi (ride-hailing) service to the ancient city. The front desk also knew we might go to the ancient city after checking in and were planning to take a taxi, but they did not proactively ask if we needed help arranging a car. In summary, these are my and my husband's brief impressions after our one-day stay. Overall, for the price during the National Day holiday, the hotel offered very good value in terms of hardware services. However, for female guests hoping for certain 'soft' services in a five-star hotel, it doesn't meet the value and expectations for its price point.

Wyndham Garden Wuyishan is an absolute gem for travelers! Its location is superb, within walking distance of the scenic area's South Entrance, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the Nine-Bend Stream bamboo rafts and Tianyou Peak, and also easy to get back to the station. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Some room types even offer mountain views, showing great attention to detail. The most delightful surprise was the complimentary hot springs and outdoor pool – a perfect way to relax and soothe tired muscles after a day of hiking. Breakfast is a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options, plus local Wuyi snacks, offering a rich variety of delicious choices. The staff are warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they patiently shared travel tips. Free WiFi and parking are available, and the family-friendly facilities are excellent. Whether you're traveling with family or solo, this place is perfect, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuyishan!

Choosing the C&D Hotel was definitely the right decision for my trip to Fuzhou! The location is absolutely perfect; it's just a ten-minute walk to Sanfang Qixiang. After an evening stroll, I could just wander back to the hotel without any hassle. The hotel garden is lush and green, and taking a walk there in the morning with the fresh air really brightened my mood. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was so soft that I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The service was the most pleasant surprise. When checking in, the front desk attendant proactively asked if we wanted to upgrade our room and thoughtfully recommended local snack shops frequented by residents – even more useful than any guide! The breakfast offered incredibly authentic local snacks, and the Fujian cuisine at the Chinese restaurant was simply stunning. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you're traveling for business or with kids. Next time I'm in Fuzhou, I'll definitely stay here again!

Fuzhou Mercure Hotel: Impeccable Service and Attention to Detail! What a Lucky Year of the Horse! (Ma Nian You Fu!) We arrived in Fuzhou on the sixth day of the ***** New Year, and unexpectedly, this stay filled our entire trip with warmth – truly a ”lucky Year of the Horse” experience! 📍Super Convenient Location: The hotel is located inside Ningde Building, just a 900-meter walk from the subway station, making travel incredibly easy. Plus, it's only a 30-minute walk to Sanfang Qixiang, which is super convenient for sightseeing. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. I especially want to recommend Jianzhou Yan, also on the 22nd floor of the same building. They serve authentic Fuzhou specialty dishes that impressed us so much we ate there twice – highly recommended! 🏨Thoughtful Hardware, Quiet and Comfortable: The hotel occupies the 19th and 26th floors. Despite being in the city center, the soundproofing is excellent. The double-pane windows can be opened for ventilation and have safety locks, providing both security and fresh air. Thick carpets in the hallways absorb almost all noise. The bedding is new, soft, and comfortable, ensuring a very restful night's sleep every evening. 🤝Five-Star Service: Every staff member greeted us with a smile, making us feel incredibly welcome. The most pleasant surprise was the complimentary welcome fruit delivered to our room when we checked in after 10 PM. When I accidentally left a pair of pants in the room upon check-out, the hotel proactively contacted me and arranged to mail them back. This kind of genuine service felt truly like family. 🚗Convenient Parking & Quick Reimbursement: Since our car was large, they arranged for us to park in a surface lot next door. The parking fee reimbursement process at check-out was quick and hassle-free. 🍳Excellent Value Breakfast: At 58 yuan per person, the breakfast was abundant, delicious, and made with fresh ingredients. We were very satisfied. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fuzhou. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The shangri-la putian is conveniently located opposite a huge shopping mall and beside a garden. The room was nice and cosy and the service was attentive and impeccable, with Melvin (?) accompanying us to the room and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us many suggestions on where we could go during our stay and rarely have we experienced such excellent level of hospitality when staying at similar hotels. The river view we had was amazing. Food at shang garden was tasty, and Lydia's service was excellent, offering us extra snacks and soup. The portions served were huge and reasonably priced. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Putian! 莆田香格里拉酒店地理位置优越，对面就是大型购物中心，旁边就是花园。房间舒适温馨，服务周到细致，一位名叫（Melvin）的服务员亲自送我们到房间，在大堂碰到我们时会问我们是否需要任何帮助。所有员工都非常友好热情，为我们提供了很多游玩建议。入住类似酒店，我们很少体验到如此卓越的服务。房间的河景令人惊艳。香园餐厅的菜肴美味可口，服务员（Lydia）的服务也无可挑剔，还主动为我们提供了额外的点心和汤。菜量十足，价格也十分合理。强烈推荐给所有来莆田的游客！!
