Overall, I'm very satisfied. The front desk staff were very efficient and proactively provided an extra key card for electricity, which meant my devices could charge even when I was out of the room. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing seemed good too, allowing me to sleep comfortably at night. The hotel also has a gym with decent equipment, enough for a basic daily workout. I would consider staying here again if I return to the area.

Staying with my family in the Century Heritage Suite at the Shuxiang Wenru Hotel was an amazing all-in-one experience! The traditional Fujian courtyard setting was full of character, preserving the charm of an old residence. The environment was elegant and quiet, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The配套文儒九号 restaurant, which just received the Ctrip Gourmet Forest 2027 Global High-End Platinum Restaurant award, truly lives up to its reputation. We sampled authentic Min cuisine, and signature dishes like Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and Chicken Soup with Clams were genuinely flavorful and made with fresh ingredients. Hotel guests also receive dining discounts. Located at No. 50 Wenrufang in Sanfang Qixiang, the location is superb. Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the sea. The most interesting part is the mangrove forest below the window. The scenery changes with the tides, and it was fascinating to witness these transformations multiple times during our one-day stay. The night view was also beautiful. The room was spacious, and the mattress and down pillows were very comfortable. The hotel's hot spring is outdoors, with each small pool perfectly sized for a family of three. There are tables and chairs nearby if you want to rest, and the sugar-free tea provided was delicious – much better than the sweet ginger tea often found at other hot springs, and I drank a lot of it. The swimming pool is large, and my child had a great time with the two armbands we bought for 20. The cleanliness was good, and the non-smoking floor had fresh air. Being by the sea, there was a slight feeling of dampness. The staff was very polite. They proactively called us before check-in, and knowing we had an older child, they upgraded us to a room with a super-king 2.7m bed. In the morning, since my elderly parent couldn't walk in the wetland park, I took my child out and let my parent rest at the hotel. Worried we wouldn't make it back before noon, they also extended our check-out time to 2 PM, allowing us to return, shower, and then depart. Everything was very thoughtful. My only regret is that the breakfast selection wasn't varied enough, and the taste wasn't great. However, overall, it's a fantastic resort hotel.

Five years later, I returned to Banyueshan and stayed at the Fusi Residence this time. The room layout was excellent, featuring twin beds, one of which was a tatami bed with a partition, making it perfect for family trips. The service at Banyueshan was also great. The front desk manager and the staff in the residence were all very welcoming. The Chinese restaurant within the residence offered affordable prices and generous portions. The hot spring pools were also meticulously cleaned, with the water being drained and cleaned every morning. Banyueshan has now developed many new attractions, such as horseback riding and golf, making it an excellent resort for family getaways.

I chose this hotel because of the Baisheng brand, and the service was indeed excellent. The front desk staff were gentle and patient during check-in, explaining all the services available. The hotel lobby also had free entertainment for children, which was great for guests who didn't want to go out in the hot weather, keeping the kids from getting bored. The playground next to the lobby was an additional charge, but reasonably priced, perfect for busy moms to relax while their kids had fun. With the hot weather, we relied on food delivery for Zhangzhou delicacies. The front desk even thoughtfully set up a special area for delivery drivers, with staff efficiently helping to confirm room numbers and phone numbers. The hotel cleaning staff were very polite, greeting guests. The rooms themselves were spacious, well-designed, and each had an outdoor balcony. From the balcony, we had a panoramic view of the exquisite Zhangzhou High-tech Zone. The location is excellent, right next to the ancient city, making it convenient to get everywhere. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, featuring many local Zhangzhou snacks, all very well prepared. The mini hot pot area truly captured the authentic taste of Zhangzhou. Even picky eaters could find something they liked. Now for the drawbacks: 1. Although the rooms have outdoor balconies, two of our five rooms had a very strong smoke smell. This might be due to the tight turnover between check-out and check-in during the holiday period. However, I suggest that in such cases, it would be better to communicate with guests and air out the room with the windows and balcony open before they check in. 2. The hygiene in the hot spring area was not ideal. Also, it was hard to find staff for tea, and many tea dispensers were empty. There were no designated sections for cups either.

I came here based on recommendations, and the environment and hygiene exceeded my expectations. All the facilities in the room were spotless and in perfect condition, and the public lounge area was also tidy and clean. The hot spring area had its water changed and maintained daily, which made me feel very comfortable and safe soaking in the springs. The staff were all very professional and courteous, providing meticulous and warm service. Any requests I had were addressed promptly, making my stay both relaxing and pleasant.

The hotel boasts a tranquil and elegant setting right by the Jiulong River. An evening stroll along the river, enjoying the gentle breeze, is incredibly pleasant, and the night view is simply stunning with the beautiful reflections dancing on the water. It's also conveniently located not far from Zhangzhou Ancient City, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room facilities are excellent: the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. They're also equipped with smart devices. The complimentary welcome fruit was a thoughtful touch. As for the hot springs and service, the hot spring area has clean water, and the swimming pool facilities are complete. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive; they upgraded us to a river view room and even gave us a comforting cup of Luo Han Guo tea.

My stay was great! Tina, a staff member, was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the overall service was thoughtful and meticulous. It offers good value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

This is always my top choice for business trips. The hotel is centrally located, close to Sanfang Qixiang, and the rooms are spacious and relatively new. Other room facilities are great, and the front desk service is very polite. Although the hotel doesn't have a large garden, it's still nice to take a stroll around the surrounding area.
