Had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

Very good. The front desk service was friendly and polite. There's complimentary coffee available, and it tastes pretty good. The hotel has already started its Chinese New Year decorations, creating a great atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, a nice experience.

This hotel was a great choice for our family trip. The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for the kids to splash around in. It even had hot spring water, making for a really relaxing and refreshing soak. The toiletries provided were excellent – so good, in fact, that we bought a few bottles after checking out. Xiao Mi's service was enthusiastic and attentive; she promptly addressed all our needs and warmly invited us back for another stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth revisiting.

We visited Sanfang Qixiang with our children and chose to stay in the Shuxiang Wenru Family Suite, which turned out to be a wonderfully comfortable experience in an ancient-style residence. The entire hotel is tucked away in a deep lane of Wenrufang, escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. Its traditional Chinese courtyard, with white walls and dark tiles, offers beautiful views at every turn, exuding the elegance of a scholar's home. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom was dry, and the entire room was spotless, which provided immense peace of mind for our family with a child. The family suite was spacious and equipped with dedicated amenities for children, showing great attention to detail. The staff were gentle, polite, and highly responsive. They patiently assisted us with any questions or issues we had. In our leisure time, we could take the children for a stroll in the courtyard and participate in some traditional Chinese activities, allowing us to experience Fuzhou's historic lane culture while enjoying a relaxing vacation. Breakfast in the ancient courtyard each morning offered both authentic Fuzhou delicacies and milder options suitable for children. The variety of flavors was delightful, starting our day off perfectly. Combining ancient charm, comfort, and family-friendliness, this hotel is highly recommended for those traveling with children.

First time at Banyueshan, stayed in the Hot Spring Villa King Room, and the experience was still perfect! 💯 The room was amazing, with a super large private hot tub on the balcony. Just turn on the tap, and it's strontium-rich hot spring water – soak whenever you want, with excellent privacy. Soaking at night while stargazing, or coming back to soak after a tiring day of activities – this is what a vacation should be like! The service was impeccable. From booking the free shuttle from Xiamen North Station, I already felt their thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff's smiles were very warm. There was a super rich variety of free activities; I worked out in the gym and even tried fishing. I was just playing around, but surprisingly, I actually caught a small fish, and my child was incredibly excited! The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet, like a hidden paradise in the mountains, with excellent air quality. My only regret this time was not being able to visit the horse ranch – I'll save that for next time! I've already recommended it to friends; it's definitely a hidden gem of a hot spring hotel that I'll revisit countless times! 🏞️

Our stay was fantastic, and the kids had an absolute blast – truly an unexpected highlight of our Zhangzhou trip! A big thank you to Xiao Lin from housekeeping for her thoughtful assistance; she helped us with a late check-out, understanding we had limited time with the little ones. The security team even cleaned our car windows, which really shows their attention to detail. Excellent service all around!

I absolutely have to give this hot spring sea-view hotel a big thumbs-up! The hot spring overlooks the ocean, and soaking in the thermal waters while listening to the waves just washes all the tiredness away. The decor is very tasteful, the room is clean and tidy, and every detail shows great care. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and the sea-view restaurant has an amazing atmosphere. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and I will definitely come back to stay again!

The service was exceptional, from the hot spring area to the hotel breakfast. All the staff were very friendly. In the hot spring area, they proactively guided us and explained all the facilities. The aunties at the breakfast stations were also very responsive and down-to-earth, always ready to help with requests. We bought a bag of Yongtai dried plums at the entrance, which were quite tasty. Overall, a great experience!

A very delightful accommodation, although be aware there isn't much food available near by. Recommend taking some food with you. The buffet breakfast was ok, but cost extra. The pool and spa are also at an extra cost, and not very user friendly for foreigners. Check in was very good on first night, with night manager going above and beyond given that I had arrived late. Also, it was difficult for the taxi driver to access the reception area. My subsequent 'card activation' the next morning and other questions were met with unprofessional giggling, and a request for 'a good review' and no real assistance. However, my stay at this accommodation was very good on the whole. Great place for children, as there are many areas for play and fun. If possible get a room with a river view, the night scenes are stunning with colourful lights reflecting on the still waters. Make sure to visit the antique shopping streets right next door. So many gorgeous treasures!
