1.Water temperature in the shower is inconsistent (alternates between hot and cold). 2.The shower drain is slow / not draining smoothly. 3.On the first day of check-in, found dirty water inside the electric kettle. 4. Toiletries were used up and not replenished. 5. Bed sheets and linens were not changed or tidied up during the 3-day stay. 6. Poor soundproofing (can frequently hear people walking and talking).

This hotel offers an excellent stay experience. The rooms are clean, tidy and well-ventilated with cosy bedding. The staff are warm and considerate. Boasting a prime location and great value for money, it is highly recommended!

The woman who answers the phone is incredibly strange (to put it mildly). She answers calls while simultaneously distracted by her own affairs, speaking rudely. It's scary to imagine foreign tourists checking in here; she barely even speaks Russian. The location is good, but the downside is that it's incredibly loud. Every day, by 5 a.m., they start making noise and clearly don't care that other guests are still sleeping. On Saturday, two drunk women rented the room next door, and everyone's conversations were audible. If you want a good night's sleep, this is definitely not the place. Looking for adequate accommodations, too.

The homestay is very close to the Baikal Lake and the train station, a short walk away, and a short walk from the town center, but relatively far away. The facilities of the homestay are quite complete, but the rooms are small, the beds are small, and the bathrooms are public. The hotel's facilities are perfect, the disadvantage is that there is no elevator, the room is a bit small, but the environment is good and the price is very high. This hotel is upstairs in Harat's pub. Harat's pub is a Russian chain bar. Our stay is at the bar front desk. The bar is Irish style and the atmosphere is very good. The staff is very warm. There are restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, and there are bus stops within a few steps. Overall very convenient.

Traveling solo from China to Siberia, my short two-to-three-day stay with the hosts in Irkutsk was the warmest, most unexpected highlight of my entire trip. The host couple and their friends were incredibly genuine and friendly. Despite the language barrier, we communicated patiently using translation software, and there was absolutely no sense of distance. The accommodation was clean and warm, fully equipped with kitchenware and toiletries, offering an immersive experience of local daily life. The hosts proactively shared sightseeing routes for Lake Baikal, explained Siberian customs, and even gave me local specialty gifts. Their family warmly invited me to eat and chat with them, allowing me to genuinely experience the gentle warmth of ordinary Russian people. As my departure approached, I was very reluctant to leave. This homestay experience bypassed the typical tourist routines and allowed me to forge pure and sincere cross-cultural friendships. I highly recommend this local guesthouse to solo travelers; the value for money and overall experience far exceed that of a hotel.

Yishi 01:00 am plane! After checking out the original hotel, I thought about playing well during the day or I had to find a hotel to rest, so I found this hotel ten minutes drive from the airport on Trip.com . After I checked in, I found it was very clean. I took a shower and charged and lay down. I went out to the airport at 22:30! Sure enough, it's still early! The public restaurant can provide hot water! Very convenient!

1. The bed is very spacious, perfect for someone my height of 180cm, with plenty of room to spare. I've never encountered such a thick mattress in a hostel in China, which is great. 2. The hostel is very clean overall, with well-defined areas: two separate toilets, two separate shower rooms, a separate washroom, and a separate kitchen. 3. It's conveniently located near everything. The Central Market is right next door. The next day, we went to Lille, and the bus station was only 600 meters from the hostel. We basically walked to all the attractions. Friendly reminder: Exchanging RMB for rubles at banks or withdrawing cash from ATMs in Irkutsk is quite difficult. The ATMs advertised online that accept UnionPay cards for direct cash withdrawals were empty when I visited. I recommend bringing some US dollars, as banks in Irkutsk can at least exchange USD for rubles.
