GGuest UserXining is a fantastic, vibrant city, and my biggest regret is not staying longer; it deserves way more time than just a quick transit stop thanks to its incredible food scene, night markets, and laid-back vibe. During my visit, I stayed at LETE Hostel, which serves as a solid, character-rich base for exploring the region. The top-floor communal space has real history and soul, beautifully flooded with sunlight, packed with green plants, a massive library, and even three cute resident birds. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly kind-hearted and welcoming, always doing their best to help out. Location-wise, it’s perfect - super convenient for the night markets, local food stalls, and bus stops, plus they offer safe bike storage for cyclists. For the price of a private room, the value and hospitality here are unbeatable, and I would absolutely stay again - and next time, I’ll be giving Xining the full week it deserves.

GGuest UserThe vibe here is great! The guys at the front desk are super friendly and helpful; they go out of their way to meet guests' requests. They also share lots of tips on food and travel, showing how much effort they put into running this hostel. I had a bit of altitude sickness when I first arrived in Xining, but propping up my pillow and leaving a small gap in the window and the bed curtain helped a lot. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit.

CClementLEverything was great except the room had essentially no ventilation or air-conditioning so it was very hard to fall asleep however as I got cooler it was a lot easier but that is the only negative. Everything else about this hotel was great.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right near Xining Railway Station, making travel super convenient. Even though it's a hostel, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the bedding is spotless. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and the recommendations from the owner were excellent! The owner is really enthusiastic and provided very detailed local tips. For this price in this area, the value for money is unbeatable, perfect for backpackers and students. I'll definitely come back next time!

BBhavanacaresXianchu was very comfortable. Ancient city isn’t too far away and a nice riverside to run by. The people are very friendly, and other hostels are clustered in the same street so it’s easy to meet people

GGuest UserI stayed at this hostel for nearly twenty consecutive days and had a fantastic experience! The facilities are complete, the place is clean, and the location is excellent, making it great value for money. The two owners are clearly dedicated to their business; you can often find thoughtful details improving the rooms and common areas. The service is also very attentive. I originally booked an eight-person room, but the owner upgraded me to a four-person room upon check-in, and I stayed there afterwards, very satisfied with the room's design and amenities. The lobby area was equally delightful; the tranquil atmosphere was perfect for immersive reading and writing. The lobby also has recreational facilities like billiards and a foosball machine, but unfortunately, due to a tight schedule, I couldn't fully experience them, which was a small regret. If you're looking for a hostel in the area, I think this one is worth considering; it's excellent in every way, highly recommended!

GGuest UserSeeing the drying sheets change for each guest, the public wash area and toilet are clean, the location can be called downstairs very good, the neighborhood is a residential area breakfast shop and fruit stalls are very good. but! ! Why is the bathroom and toilet so dark? Understand that there is no natural light but the lights are in place. The photo is taken during the day. At night, the psychological pressure is even greater. I am not afraid of gloomy things, but I wash and go to the toilet at night.
