Again I can just say I was generally super happy as the Staff was very helpful. Nevertheless the sanitary facilities could be a bit nicer, e.g a sitting toilet

The staff at this hostel is very kind hearted and welcoming — we even received a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise! The interior is cozy and the location is also great, with a nearby bus stop, multiple restaurants and a supermarket.

The hostel is fancy and staff so nice. The bed is soft and clean, but toilet a little smell of urine. The room is big and comfortable with a sofa, a desk to work or read book. Good place to meet up new people

Location was really good, just near the train station and a bus stop going to train station and Kumbum Monastery, but it's quite hard to find at night especially it's in a dark alley. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, when I stayed, the water was on and off (mostly off) ― some people had to call the staff to turn it on. And that made the toilet unusable as well!

The bosses and his wife are definitely cultural people who hide in the city, and they are eminent monks who hide their secrets! In addition, there are two kinds of drinking water, mineral water and tap water, at the front desk in the corridor, which is very convenient. Even the boss’s son is very sensible! In the morning, I stood on the overpass, munching on pickled mustard and drinking boiling water to make eggs. I leisurely looked at the sparse flow of people outside the overpass and watched the morning sun rise little by little from the sea of ​​clouds. Hitting a passerby is like being outside the world! This hotel is very safe to stay in! Thanks to the boss and his family of three for providing a warm living environment to tired travelers in faraway Xining!
