This hostel was the warmest place I stayed on this trip, especially since I arrived late at night. I was exhausted from traveling and pretty much 'crashed out' when I got off the car. To my surprise, the hostel staff were already waiting at the entrance to help me with my luggage – one person grabbed my bag, and another pulled my suitcase. It was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. In the early morning, you can catch a glimpse of the camels 'commuting' to Mingsha Mountain, which is quite interesting. In the evening, the bookstore lounge was lively with people reading, chatting, and even some who didn't know each other but were watching a movie together in the hall. In that cozy, dim atmosphere, it felt perfectly fine not to talk. This is exactly the kind of hostel vibe I've always dreamed of.

This hostel is super easy to find! After getting off at Zhangye Railway Station, I just took the No. 1 bus for 1.5 yuan, got off at the Industrial and Commercial Bank station, and it was a short 300-meter walk. The entrance sign is new and quite impressive, located on the second floor. As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles – very welcoming and not at all stiff, which immediately made me feel at home. They even had a thoughtful display of various candies, and they were all delicious! Even though I don't usually eat sweets, I found myself grabbing one every time I entered or left. The environment is very clean too. It was a really comfortable stay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangye!

If you're traveling solo, staying in a hostel is the absolute best choice (especially for extroverts)! You can genuinely make friends, or even feel like you've found family here! The owner-sister and owner-brother are both super nice! I was so lucky to hitch a ride with the owner-sister in her big off-road vehicle to the desert, and even getting stuck was fun! Sis, you're awesome!

The hotel's location is really central. It's just a 200-300 meter walk to the main night market and commercial area, making shopping and transportation super convenient. They also have a common room where guests from all over can mingle. Plus, there's free drinking water and hot water, and laundry service is available for 4 yuan per wash.

Stayed for one night and felt pretty good! I want to say that my thoughts are probably the same as the cabins that you usually stay in when you stay in a youth hostel. This time I felt that there were side curtains when I slept, but the two beds were spread out and I felt that there was no privacy. I was a little uncomfortable. I hope the boss will ask the guests for their opinions and add a track and a curtain above the connection between the two beds. Everything else is quite satisfactory!

The overall feeling is very good. Lanzhou is a summer resort, and the accommodation conditions and environment are very good. At night, I can enjoy the evening breeze with good friends and chat about ideals and future in the small courtyard, which makes people feel happy. I came from Shaanxi and planned to go to the Phoenix Legend concert. I saw on the Internet that this hotel is very affordable and has a good environment. I stayed there for one night. A room of about ten square meters. Closing the door isolates you from the city's hustle and bustle. A clean and tidy bed. Bright and spotless windows. Warm, thick slippers and paper cups. Not from a street vendor or some cheap online store. A convenient, pristine white power strip charger gives you a sense of security. Outside the window, the Yellow River flows calmly and clearly, a sight only seen this season. Looking up, you see the landmark White Pagoda Mountain, its desolate, bare branches stretching towards the sky, a harbinger of approaching spring.

I stayed in a 4-person room. The room was minimalist and medium-small, with lockers – basic but comfortable. The common area is stylish and inviting, with plenty of seating, cozy corners, plants, kettles, and power outlets, though it’s on a high floor with a glass ceiling – warm when hot, cozy when cold, and the few fans aren’t always enough. The staff at the desk were friendly, laundry facilities available, though no snacks or cold drinks. The area is urban, among regular buildings, so not particularly attractive from the outside, but within walking distance to the museum and the metro station, with a large supermarket and several food options nearby. Overall, a decent place to stay in Lanzhou.

The room was very clean, and the beds were individual capsule-style beds with various types of charging ports and plugs, as well as a huge mirror. The bathroom was also very clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a hairdryer, drinking water, and slippers provided. A great experience; young travelers should definitely give it a try.

It's a youth hostel in the community, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The boss remotely controlled me to find the location hahaha, it's very considerate. It's just a distribution of several space capsules in one room, and there are different choices, but it will still disturb others. If you want to pursue quietness, it's difficult.
