Very Good
GGuest UserThe cabins are excellent, spacious with a vaulted wooden ceiling, comfy bed, good shower and spotlessly clean. It is quiet and 20-25 mins walk from the centre of Alice Springs. The reception staff were very helpful and there is a locked room for luggage storage.
MMeglou28The hostel was close to the bus stop and town which was really handy. The facilities were good and seemed clean. It’s a shame reception isn’t open for longer to be able to ask staff any questions.
GGuest UserRooms lovely with modern bathroom.
Easily located to Litchfield National Park
Beautiful temperature in the hotel pool nice place to relax at the end of day.
The restaurant food was absolutely delicious we enjoyed all food including barramundi, Snapper, Burger as well as delicious chocolate pudding and before departing this morning a wrap, bacon and egg sandwich and bacon eggs and mushroom and a delicious iced coffee.
The Staff were very informative, helpful and pleasant to be around making our our morning start and evenings relaxed and enjoyable. I would like to specifically mention Angela your bright happy and helpful demeanour is a credit to you and I suggested to my daughter if she ever found herself in a customer service role to be like you.
Well done on creating such a lovely environment.
SShulanyueliangjiaI think the room is very good. There are various large and small cups, plates and bowls, knife and fork in the house. It is very convenient to use various tools. Whether it is cooking by yourself or something, and this 2 kilometers walk to the museum. It is very convenient to go to the supermarket to buy things. , then eat swimming pool, there is a restaurant inside the hotel to call a taxi and the web to the airport is also very convenient, in short, it is cheap and good
JJochen SchleissAfter a long day of driving, we arrived at the place because we just needing a place to sleep for the night. It’s basic, as expected, but at least it was clean. The room was small and plain, with just the essentials—a bed, a desk, and a private bathroom.
It wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the amenities were minimal, but it served its purpose as a quick stopover. The staff was polite enough, and while it’s not somewhere we’d stay for more than one night, it worked for what we needed: a budget-friendly, no-frills place to rest before hitting the road again.
GGuest User100% recommend this place! The staff is simply amazing and kind. The guy at the reception which we assume to be the manager was so helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and we liked the new decoration ! Please do yourself a favor and come stay at this place. Also loved the private parking, helped us to sleep better knowing our car is secured.
AAdrian WestphalIt was okay. The lift is working well which is a big plus. It was a bit noisy in the night as there is loud music outside on the deck and drunk ppl screaming at night on their ways back to the rooms.
GGuest UserI stayed in room 3 on the ground floor. Bed was very comfortable. Room was cool even thought outside temperature was in the low 40s. I did not need the AC. The lack of internet access would be the only drawback. Mobile connection was also very slow in Tennant Creek. Gated carpark with an attendant on site when opened in the early hours of the morning. Overall, an excellent stay.
WWEIThe hotel is in the center of the town, the location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel room is a bit smaller and the facilities are relatively simple, with its own restaurant and swimming pool. The room is neat and clean
