Hope u guys can improve dari segi kebersihan sebab lantai tandas dan lantai bilik rasa melekit macam sabun cuci lantai tak bilas habis. As suggestion why not u guys put some basic cuttleries macam mangkuk pinggan sudu garfu ke. Yang lain okay selesa harga pun berpatutan, parking pun senang cuma mahal lah flat rate Rm15. Cuma make sure u guys double check regarding facities ya so that ur customers boleh guna kemudahan hotel and tak kena sound dengan staff hotel lagi. Tq

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. While the front desk service was excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, especially considering the price point. The room was also smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. Space felt quite limited, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. For the price paid, I expected a more spacious and practical room layout. The biggest issue for me, however, was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seem extremely thin, and I had a very poor night’s sleep because of the constant noise. I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night, starting from around 5AM. The noises came from both inside and outside the hotel, including motorcycles passing by, people talking and laughing loudly on the street, footsteps on the stairs, doors closing, cups and mugs being placed on tables, housekeeping activities, and vacuum cleaners. At times, the sounds felt as if they were coming from right next to my bed. For the rate charged, I believe there are other accommodations that offer much better value and a more comfortable sleeping environment. A good night’s rest is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. That being said, I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and free-flow water available in the pantry. These were nice touches that enhanced the overall guest experience. Another positive aspect is the parking. For guests who are driving, the hotel provides complimentary parking spaces, and the parking area is relatively spacious. This makes it convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, and I appreciated the parking facilities and pantry amenities. However, the small room size and poor sound insulation significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, this will likely be a one-time stay for me.

Such a lovely suite for its price! Everything was simple, clean (except kitchen facilities, they had a strong bad smell of vinegar and mustiness) and working. The spiral staircase was unbelievable!! The pool was also amazing but the green mold on the walls was a disappointment.

Bilik bersih,checkin instructions pun mudah. Fridge,washing machine,hair dryer, iron all provided so tak payah risau da🫶🏻i really do enjoy my stay here.

I recently stayed at 57 Ruma Oren Heritage and had a lovely experience. The location is excellent – right along Jonker Street, which made exploring Melaka’s attractions, cafés, and shops super convenient. What made the stay even better was that the place is pet-friendly, which is a big plus for anyone travelling with furry companions. The overall vibe was cosy and welcoming – perfect for a relaxed, fuss-free stay in the heart of the heritage area.

Me and family enjoy staying here , wonderful stay , owner was really helpfull also guide us how check in .. love this owner and if we come again to melaka sure i will stay here again …

The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I really like the modern setup and great lighting — it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for providing such a cozy place. If I have another trip to Melaka, I’ll definitely book this house again 👌

Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Melaka. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was also very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. However, there was no designated parking provided. Parking costs RM15 per entry, which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you plan to go in and out frequently. The check-in process was also delayed by about 45 minutes because the security guard was quite strict and had difficulty communicating in English and Malay. Thankfully, the owner stepped in and assisted us promptly. Despite the parking and check-in issues, the room itself was excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

I really like this place; it's clean and tidy. My lower bunk-mate was an elderly woman, just like me, traveling the world alone! Initially, the taxi took me to the wrong address, costing me an extra 13+ MYR. It was almost 10 PM, and I was getting a bit anxious. But then I met several young Malaysians who helped me figure things out, which actually put my mind at ease. Perhaps it's like that writer said, you set out for 'Italy' but end up in 'Holland' – just enjoy the moment. Next time I have the chance, I'd love to come back to Melaka and slowly experience the mornings and evenings of this small city, and I'll definitely stay here again, just to quietly relax.
