Новые, современные апартаменты. Настолькотновые, что не все еще доделано (не является минусом). Комфортное проживание, приятный персонал. Единственный минус - нет стоянки. Рядом с домом только платные парковки. Но, я так понял, что парковка в дальнейшем планируется, но еще не доделана.

Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The family running the apartments is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. The pool area is absolutely amazing—clean, peaceful, and a great place to unwind. We spent a week here, and everything exceeded our expectations. Although there isn't much within walking distance, getting around is very easy if you have a car, and the local buses are a convenient option as well. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Booked easily, place good, price too. When you arrived, I couldn't find for a long time, it turned out you came to the right place, just there was no administrator and plates. If you're not connected, it's a big minus. When I found a waifay, I called the wotsap and found a place. Sitting earlier than the specified time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. Goed to wash, found a strange towel in the bathroom. There were 2 sets on the bed, in the bathroom right on the hook hanging another one. It comes from 3 sets only one was clean. On the bed too is a spot, very many unpleasant details, furniture without pens, showers flow, soothes with corrugated plastic, torch wires. It was important for me to have the Internet, but the wifi didn't work. Write to the administrator , never fixed. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of the Internet I left to another place. Of the pluses: - quick settlement - free parking - clean room - comfortable eviction - the administrator is always on the phone - convenient location

Excellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. Superb, definitely better than keeping air-con all day long. Heads up for NO shampoo supply at the B&B house BTW.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's cozy and clean inside, and the room feels like staying at grandma's house in the countryside—we really enjoyed it.

An incredible experience! Just a 10-minute walk from the old town and the beach, with shops, bakeries, bars, and cafes nearby. Special thanks to Igor, who answered all my questions. The room was clean, and I liked everything about my stay.

We stayed for 5 nights in Budva at Elena's apartment and had a wonderful experience. We had a room with two balconies (we had breakfast on one, and I did my morning exercises on the other terrace). There was a separate kitchen with a sofa and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The location is superb; it's just a couple of minutes to the bus station, and then you can easily buy tickets to Kotor for a day trip. There are shops and cafes nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the promenade. We were pleased with the lush greenery, abundant plants, friendly staff, and the low price in April. There was a coffee machine with capsules. The balconies offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Things to keep in mind: it can be noisy on the balcony due to a nearby music school with children shouting, and a busy road not far away. We lacked some kitchen utensils as we cooked every day. There was no lid for the frying pan or dishcloths for the table. The extractor fan wasn't working, and the bathroom light only worked partially. A toaster was advertised but not present. There's no washing machine in the room; laundry costs an additional 5 euros. There was always a small puddle in the bathroom, probably from a leaking bidet. Despite all the downsides, we were satisfied; it felt very cozy and pleasant, like a home away from home.

The room is quite new, but the stool on the balcony is so dirty that I can't bear to look at it. I wiped it at least ten times, but it's still very dirty. There is no one at the front desk all year round. If you have something, you can't find anyone for a while. The room facilities are not bad, but the design is not very reasonable and not very convenient to use.

We really liked the apartment; it was spacious and had its own little balcony, which was perfect for sitting out in the evenings and drying clothes. Overall, the room had everything we needed. However, there are a few areas for improvement: — For example, the bathroom could really use a shower screen to prevent water from splashing all over the floor, so you could shower standing without worrying about making a mess. — It was quite difficult to find the hotel. The address and listed location were different from its actual spot. — We didn't receive any welcome message or check-in instructions, and there was no one to greet us. Luckily, a staff member from the neighboring shop was connected to these apartments and helped us check in; otherwise, it would have been very hard to figure things out.
