The sanitation work is good and it is very clean, but the house is made of iron sheets, the thermal insulation performance is not good, and there is no air conditioning in the public areas. When the cold air arrived, it was very freezing.

This small ryokan with only about eight rooms was a nice quiet stay. Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying in terms of variety, quantity, and taste. All the staff, except for the owner and one woman, were foreigners and very friendly. However, the shower is located next to the semi-open bathtub, so the outside air blows directly into it. It's quite cold, so it might be a bit uncomfortable in the middle of winter if you only shower in the morning and evening, rather than taking a bath. You can choose to use one of the two private baths per stay.

Check-in was simple. Bicycle rental was 500 yen per day. The building is right next to the main road, with cars passing by all night, so the soundproofing is terrible. The room and kitchen are separated by a curtain, making it very noisy—noise from all sorts of sources. However, the hostel atmosphere was nice, and they provided free earplugs. Everything else, like towels, cost extra, and the towels actually had a distinctly sour smell, which was disgusting. This was the first time I'd stayed in such a poorly hygienic place in Japan. Towels cost 100 yen, and a small cup of cola costs 300 yen. I recommend bringing your own towels.

Although there is a price range in the Huluyu hot spring, there are plenty of private houses and open-air baths. Although it is not a polite form of reception, it is very kind and inconvenient. Especially the food is very good

It was a very clean, bright and quiet inn.
I was able to relax in a simple room.
It's conveniently close to Kamiarita Station, and is a great place for touring Arita ware.
However, please note that there are no convenience stores or places to eat within walking distance of Kamiarita.
I arrived in the evening, so I brought plenty of stock with me, including bento boxes, drinks, and bread for breakfast.
There is a small refrigerator in the room,
and a shared kitchen and microwave, so you can make simple meals yourself.
If you're planning on touring the pottery studios, renting a bicycle or car is a must.

The hotel was so pretty, so I only stayed at the hotel and it was so good !!
The room was so clean and tidy, so I felt like I was resting comfortably throughout my stay. ㅎㅎ There are not many convenience stores around, so if you are going to eat late at night, I recommend buying it in advance on the way. ㅎㅎ ~ Friendly staff The quality of the guide and Kaiseki is the best.

Guest UserIt was a very clean and comfortable night.
The front desk staff was perfect when we checked in, but there was no ”thank you” when we checked out.
Also, when processing with headquarters and the owner, there seemed to be some language differences and problems with communication.
The facilities were perfect, so if they could improve their response measures in case of trouble, we can expect further growth. We wish your company continued success.
